We stayed for 5 nights on the deluxe all inclusive package, the deluxe check in is none existent and the reception staff are on the unfriendly side. The rooms are nice, and we had access to a private lounge on the sixth floor, which was nice but nothing spectacular. The buffet is very hit and miss, limited choice and was all very average. We chose to eat out multiple times, which we’ve never done before on an all inclusive package before. Also the wine is really not good. Two of the restaurants were open, the Italian was alright and the Asian was nicer. There’s a snack bar too which was good. One perk of the deluxe is that we were able to reserve sun-beds of our choice for the whole holiday, however to our surprise this ended on our last day even though we weren’t supposed to be flying till the evening. Also, the all inclusive package ends when you check out of your room at 12, so you have to purchase your food and drinks until you leave the hotel which is something I’ve never experienced before, the pool bar manager man was rather rude to inform me this when we went to get drinks in the afternoon.
Olympia and Alina who worked on the bars were so nice. And I didn’t get her name but the towel lady was also lovely.
There is music playing around the pool almost constantly, which is nice and fun, but if you want a chilled / relaxed vibe this might not be your cup of tea. By the end of our trip it was wearing on us.
It is an adults only hotel, but at no fault of the hotel it is on a public beach, so screaming children can be heard.

Lovely hotel, once we got to the adult only one not the general hotel for families next door: all part of the same group. Check in easy, reception staff are not so smiley but are efficient. Reception area is lovely and welcoming drinks constantly available.
Rooms are absolutely fine, side double sea view. Comfortable beds, not so much the pillows. Hard to understand why there is a huge gap in the door letting in lots of corridor light. Not the fault of the hotel but good sleep often interrupted by noisy inebriated guests coming back to their rooms.
Room service every day was excellent
Breakfast was lovely, very plentiful, healthy and not so healthy options available. Breakfast staff could smile a bit more and be less strict.
Pool areas absolutely lovely, towels could do with an upgrade, tatty and a bit stained and sun beds not the most comfortable.
We were bed and breakfast and the hotel was fabulously positioned for walks to the harbour, restaurants etc etc.
Spa - facial and massage excellent, irritation being they got the time wrong for my appointment and were phoning my room and did not accept they were wrong even on showing them my email confirmation but the actual service from the young girl doing my facial and massage was excellent.
There is a dive college next door, this could do with better advertisement by the hotel. We had two good dives with them.
Overall excellent holiday, very relaxing and hotel in a really good position.

Great hotel so far. Here for a few days holiday. First day so far, everything is great.
Hotel by the beach and our room had the sea view which was really nice. We had booked all inclusive so everything included.
We had great food at the dinner, really tasty food compared with other hotels.
Will return for sure and highly recommend this hotel.
We were served my Stefan and Tamara, they were really good also other staff were good too.

Really lovely hotel and nice rooms with comfy beds, great initial welcome but experience with reception staff was hit and miss - quite cold at times or inaccurate information. Really appreciated the continued flow of tasty food. However, as a vegetarian it wad quite challenging, some dishes were not accurately labelled multiple times, we ended up accidentally eating meat and they did not care much. Generally though we had a nice time.

Stayed at this hotel on a golfing holiday and it was excellent. Accommodation, food and location were spot on. The staff were fantastic and in particular Fotoulla in the restaurant was always extremely helpful to our group of 22. No request was too much trouble and she always ensured we were sat together and well looked after. She is a great asset to this hotel. Highly recommend.
