A little bit disappointed. This is my second time to there. First time is pretty good, I booked Deluxe Ocean Side in 2023 and the view is amazing! that why I come back and booked this room again. However, this time they upgraded me to Sea view room but the view is unclear.. but I don’t want to waste my time to change the room. So, I ignore about the view and go to dinner but the taste is too salty!! Some of restaurant staff no need to service us. She make a boring face when I asked for more plate. On departure date I told my feedback to receptionist but they don’t seem to care and didn’t say anything to improve the service for let me come back again..

If you travel to Thailand with your family, lover I'd like to recommend this resort. I think everything is perfect, from the quiet atmosphere, clean rooms, well-managed swimming pool, and the resort location where you can walk to the beach. And the friendly staff makes our vacation perfect. And the meal was so fantastic. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable

Great all around. One of the best hotels if you’re looking to relax in the hotel. Plenty of area, huge swimming pools and kids area. Food was very good, service was superb! Most of all the hotel has beach access - watching sunset there was magical. Highly recommend for family with kids too

One of our favorite hotel stays, and we travel a lot! Amazing breakfast. Super friendly staff. Great pool areas - 3 different areas where one big is for families. Never crowded. Large rooms.

We booked deluxe seaview room. They have mentioned partial seaview, but we were shocked by the view we had from 4th floor (highest floor). It is way too far from the advertised photo in website. The service was great, the fire show on Saturday night was giving a wow factor and the main reason we still give some stars for rating. The quality of seafood buffet was poor (lobster&shrimp was not freshed). Overall, very disappointed . The other room type are fine.
