After reading some reviews before arriving I was worried about our holiday but we all had a fantastic time!
As a family of 6 we had 2 rooms, first room had 2 single beds and a bunk bed which was perfect for Grandma and 2 grandchildren and our room was a king size bed and single again perfect for mum and dad and little one (room 130 &131) our room was cleaned every day.
Animation team were amazing! With a pre teen, very anxious shy 9yr old and a crazy 5yr old the team did a great job at entertaining them all. So many wonderful staff to mention but all was soo good. Thank you Mikey Mikey & Georgia & sammi and everyone else!
Bar tenders were always so kind and helpful, made delicious drinks and was always happy to to see us.
Bad points -
The food wasn't the best. When booking we saw that this place had a variety of food so that our fussy eaters would enjoy something each night but the buffet always seemed the same and limited, the Italian restaurant was closed every night during our stay and the food/burger at the pool with the big slides also wasn't on during our stay.
Lifeguards. First day we went to the Olympic pool and Lifeguard was head down on his phone, next day we went to the pirate ship pool, this time we didn't see any Lifeguards our middle daughter came away from her floaty on the slide and was struggling in the water but we noticed straight away and jumped in after her and then 1 adult always stayed in the pool with them, I had helped 2 other children who also was struggling in the water. We then moved to the pool with the big slides (2 big slides weren't on) and no Lifeguards again but next day there was 2 but again both were on their phones head down and was like this the rest of the stay.

Kids have had so much fun and would love to come again
The Animation Team have all been amazing
Mikey Mikey has been brilliant with everything
GoGo has been so great with my kids and they have loved her too
All the other members(to many to mention) have also been amazing with the kids and giving them so much attention,
Evening shows are fantastic as long as you love to get involved and have a great time
Food is good if your not fussy
Rooms are just what is needed comfy beds AC and somewhere to lay your head
Bad points
Food to Aim More towards youngsters as there wasn't much for my picky kids and wife to eat
And life guards could be more attentive to what's going on and spend less time on the phones while on duty

The workers in reception and the manager are unpleasant and they do not help you if you have a problem. I asked them for a document and they told me NO.
Some rooms are horrible and have problems when it is raining because they have leaks. The workers who clean are nice but they do not understand English.
The food is normal but few variety, drinks in all include very bad, disgusting!

I just came from two weeks holiday and overall I liked it very much. Atmosphere was nice and area is beautiful. Restaurant and bar staff were both very friendly and nice.
Only downside was the rooms and cleaning. Rooms are outdated and I have to say dirty because there was basically no cleaning at all. They changed towels and emptied trash cans and changed sheets once after one week. That was all the cleaning I got. Toilet, balcony, floors was not cleaned once so cleaning was 1/5 rating for me. And what bothers me is that there were at least four cleaners cleaning the main building and lobby area all the time. Definitely they should do some rearranging there.
Overall 3 stars is correct rating. Everything else is 4 four star, but rooms are 2,5 stars and cleaning 1 star.

Just got back from a week here. We absolutely loved it. Unlimited drinks and food on inclusive. The buffet was just your average buffet but the snack bars around the pools were really good and the entertainment went on all day and night for both adults and children. Our only down side is the rooms only get cleaned every 3 days and it’s not the best of a clean so we did say something to reception about that but other than that we would definitely recommend and go back
