We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. From check in to check out everything was awesome. Thai people are so nice and friendly, the staff were the nicest people ever.
We stayed in the Blue building. The room was great size with a huge comfy bed (mattress is firm!!). It had a balcony, an air conditioner, a great bathroom, tea, coffee and water replenished daily for free and a mini bar / fridge.
We also used the room service, food was great.
Breakfast is good, plenty of options and is served from 6:30. There are 3 pools with plenty of sun chairs.
There are also bars and a restaurant on site for lunch.
There is a desk at reception with a very helpful and nice lady selling excursions. We went on 3 separate ones, all were awesome.
Free parking on site too if you have a car.
On a busy street with plenty of restaurants and bars. The sea is a 5 min walk away!
We would stay here anytime again and had a wonderful time!

Our family had a great time at the hotel . Not your a typical western hotel . It is very ethnic , gets you into the Thai vacation vibe immediately .
Large Lobby with Oriental Thai elements and seating areas that reminds me old movies.
The first room had an issue so they upgraded us to a better room without any discussion. We had Coy fish pool outside the balcony ! The staff was very efficient and helpful starting with the bell boy, the concierge, that was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable helped with advise and booking. The breakfast, restaurants and bars had a vast offering that was good for any stomach and they also had Calming music playing during breakfast . They offer spa and Thai cooking lessons in house , which could be good for rainy days . The several pool areas are peaceful , and private in some parts, they remain open when it rains (and also after hours as we noticed )
The location was very good . Very Close to Kata beach entrance and the Main Street. They have Parking and wifi .
The beds were not very comfortable
There were a few areas on the lower level that had a bad smell possibly from the driveway behind, we understand it may have been the rainy season so I am sure this would be fixed . I would recommend this hotel to families, it is convenient and unique and we enjoyed our stay .

Breakfast ! Oh dear Oh dear Oh dear … grim is best to describe it … it so very nearly hits the mark on many fronts but not quite … for example most people would like their bacon with their eggs … not here there’s will be forty plus eggs cooked at the beginning of service knowing full well that the requirement is 10/15 max and then you have to remind them to cook bacon … invariably the server or breakfast chef will say five minutes and so of you trot only to return after said five minutes to find that they’ve not started cooking the bacon so you are faced with cold eggs and no bacon … the ‘butter’ is best described as axle grease usually frozen solid … the toaster appears to only toast one side of the bread at times … the coffee machine produces a lukewarm brew which is frankly awful … there are a selection of Thai dishes none of which a westerner would describe as breakfast items (save a fortune here as much is left) the fruit juices are disgusting although the fresh fruit is generally appealing and the table servers are so keen to clear the tables you only have to wander to get honey only to return to find your carefully prepared and planned breakfast is gone and in its place yet another grimy blunt knife and fork

This is a great hotel, in a quiet area, and it has a nice courtyard with a pool.
The rooms are spacious, they have a transparent window to the bathroom (which can be blocked as well), so you can see whoever is in the bathtub.
Unfortunately, there are no mosquito nets for the balcony, and there are plenty of mosquitos in the area due to the high humidity.
The food was great, with plenty of variety, and fresh.
There was a very helpful travel agent at the hotel reception, which can help you make some plans for visiting the local attractions.
Overall, I was very pleased with the experience, and the price was good as well.

Love this place. Have stayed several times. Great location to relax, yet close enough to spend some crazy nights in Bangla Rd. Endless options of restaurants, street food and shopping all within walking distance.
