Just arrived yesterday and love this place. Booked a star prestige room. Although not the room I requested it's still a good location overlooking the ocean. The staff here has been absolutely fabulous. Mich checked us in and gave us our bearings as this place is rather large. A prestige room is definitely worth the extra for all the perks you get. The hotel is on one end of Jandia Beach and the beach goes on for miles and miles. You can enjoy time around the pools here or you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a few euros. The breakfast is extensive as are all the buffet dinner options (lobster being one of the options). Drinks are not included with your dinners on a half board basis but if you have a prestige room the alcohol in the mini bar as well as the gift bottle of sangria are included and you can go into the club rooms and grab a drink as well. The club has it's own pool area with a couple of beach beds and plenty of loungers or you can enjoy the much larger main pool and enjoy your views from above the beach. This hotel was built into the rocky cliff here as can be seen when you go to the rooms on the lower floors. The amenities in the room are lovely I love the scents of the soaps lotion and shampoo (they are comparible to occidental brand). There is live entertainment a few nights a week and live shows as well. I will definitely return to this hotel next trip to Fuerteventura. I

Enjoyed every minute of it! Great resort, staff, food and Yoga activities 🧘‍♀️ leaving refreshed, reset, and recharged. The place is pristine clean and loved the running track along the beach too. The little town next to it is so cute! We loved the gorgeous Canarian cuisine from the restaurants! Very tasty! Ate local fish every day!

Upon arrival we were heartily welcomed and the staff across all services is very nice. We did have trouble with the sink in our room and went to reception. No 30 minutes later the technician exchanged the whole plumbing work and it’s all sorted. That’s the level of support you would hope for. Key facts - great view on the beach (walking distance just down the stairs) - very friendly staff - all in all nice rooms (some details indicating it’s not brand new) - quiet, despite kids all around. Plus extra quiet zone (adults only) can be booked - overall absolutely enjoy the vacation - buffet rich in selection and high quality food from fresh fruits to love cooked meat and fish

Fantastic hotel and service. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lovely scented liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and fresh smelling quality linens. High quality service throughout the hotel with a huge selection of beverages and freshly cooked food. The whole of the hotel was very clean, very well maintained and all staff were super polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

A stunning hotel, with the best welcome we have had in a long time. Hotel is so chilled and just such a lovely relaxed atmosphere The hotel is located perfectly away from any hustle and bustle. But still only a 45 min walk from the town along the sea front which is just a lovely relaxing walk with great views to take in along the way Nothing massively to ‘complain’ about however I was expecting a double bed to be in our double room. Instead it is two single beds pushed together which isn’t the most ideal and I’d much rather have a double bed to share with my husband The service at the hotel is next level. The second you are seated, whether for food or drinks, there is someone ready to take your order. In the bar, Alou could not have been more accommodating, not only providing the drinks but also always made time for a chat and a laugh! The nicest genuine person, and an absolute honour to have met- he is a great addition to a great hotel Absolutely phenomenal buffet- probably the best we have ever come across from an all inclusive hotel. The options are different every evening and there is so much choice for just about anyone to enjoy. The Japanese restaurant is also incredible and I would highly recommend visiting The hotel gym is enough for anyone to enjoy a light holiday workout- with a mixture of weights and cardio machine. The pools are perfect, and plenty of them. Entertainment is provided throughout the day, everyday. And evening entertain, which is always a pleasure to watch whether it be a circus show or musician.
