We have had a glorious week at Grand Salome. Everything was perfect….. the hotel rooms are luxurious and stylish. The pool area is immaculate and relaxing. However what makes this place special is the staff, they are all happy and smiling and nothing is too much trouble, they want your holiday to be perfect and it was. We are already planning our next visit. We would especially like to thank Vicky and Fiona for looking after us at breakfast and in the pool bar. Also the butler service for recommending and booking excellent restaurants ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service

Cannot fault this hotel, the service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left as AMAZING! The staff are simply the best. The pool is heated and swimming before breakfast was a joy!. Rooms clean, beds comfortable and so quiet. Would highly recommend. Note to a comment made my a lady who was very unhappy that she encountered children in the main restaurant. It clearly states you use the main hotel restaurant, which is still very peaceful and relaxing with families enjoying their holiday with their children.

Mihaela and her team in the pool bar are amazing. The service is top notch and always comes with a smile. Same for Sofia Bruno and the star kids team. They are all amazing with our girls. Nestor Laura and everyone in the food service is also so so great. We can't recommend this hotel enough for its staff and level of amazing service

Springy was beautiful. Good full of flavour but so much food we could not finish. Pena serving us could not have been more accommodating or kind. Would highly recommend

We decided to come back for a second time after enjoying the first so much. Fantastically helpful staff from beginning to end, spacious rooms with sea views, delicious food and wide range of drinks. Would highly recommend.
