My stay at this all-inclusive resort was overall enjoyable, thanks to the wonderful pools and attentive staff. The pools were pristine and offered a refreshing retreat from the sun, perfect for relaxation.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasant experience, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries.
However, the food at the resort was a miss. While there were options available, the quality and taste left much to be desired. It would be great to see an improvement in this aspect to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Despite this setback, the resort's beautiful amenities and excellent service make it a decent choice for a relaxing getaway. With a bit of improvement in the culinary offerings, it could easily become a top destination.
PS- Eli the butler and the club pool bartenders are the best!

Amazing Amazing All-Inclusive. The rooms were pretty much brand new and huge! The service was impeccable, from our butler to the staff across both resorts - Zilara and Ziva. We stayed in a club junior suite swim out and was amazing. The drinks and food was far better than any other all inclusive I’ve stayed at.
Only downside was the amount of vegetarian options. There wasn’t much for us to eat. We tended to eat pizza pretty often and room service.
The breakfast was by far the best food every day. And surprisingly enough the pizza at both Noodles and the pool snack bar was delicious.
The staff here really take care of you and make it your moneys worth.
PS. One eyes cat martini bar was our favorite place to hang out

The best experience. Staff was so courteous, kind and helpful. Room was awesome, bed was comfy and views were spectacular. Photos do not do this place justice. Restaurants offered a variety of options and it was great to be able to try various cuisine options. There is something for everyone of any age. It was a romantic getaway for my husband and I and we enjoyed every moment we were there.

Rooms & view were nice. Beach was breathtaking. Service was mediocre. Was surprised by this. We had a staff member roll their eyes at us and another time laugh directly at us. Food looked so beautiful and delicious but it mediocre at best. No authentic food to be found except at breakfast which was potatoes and yucca. Really odd bc I don’t travel to eat the food I can find at home. Overall was a beautiful resort but we were dishearten by the way we were treated.

10 out of 10 recommend. We came here for our annual birthday trip and the entire stay was nothing short of amazing. The location was beautiful and so peaceful even with the events held for guests we couldn’t hear a thing in our swim up rooms. The spa is an absolute must here. The experience you get for the price point is unmatched. And last but not least the customer service. Everyone and I mean everyone was so kind and treated us so well especially Carlos Rodriguez down at the Pier. He went above and beyond for us every day and made sure to take care of any reservations we needed for the night. We are truly grateful for every experience and to each and everyone we met here. It’s truly been a pleasure. And to anyone planning to go tip well it goes a long way :)
