Amazing stay at the Tigotan we absolutely loved it!!! Rooms were great and nice and clean - balcony area a little tired but we were facing the road of the hotel - the balconies of the rooms facing the pool looked a little better :) but not bad all round. Staff were all friendly and helpful — service was great! Food was good lots of options for breakfast. The food at the pool bar is so yummy and the drinks are great too. Location brilliant just a short walk to Safari Centre and beach :). Lots of activities on during the week we were there and entertainment. We would absolutely return and recommend Tigotan Lovers & Friends!

Everything was amazing at Tigotan Lovers and Friends in Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife. Very attentive staff, polite, courteous and friendly. We spent most of our time on the roof at the brilliant Cafe Del Mar, it has wonderful cocktails (non/alcoholic) and sunbeds galore. You need to book these through the Guest Experience desk in the downstairs lobby. We also had a couples massage which was amazing and included an afternoon on on of their Bali Beds which again was very welcome after a very relaxing massage. We did venture out of the hotel on a few occasions for shopping, lunch and an evening drink. We were half board and both breakfast and the evening meals were great with loads to choose from. We caught most of the Nightly entertainment from our balcony and the quality was fabulous. A perfect Belated honeymoon trip to a place we have always wanted to visit

Hotel Tigotan lovers & friends created a vacation for us in a beautiful hotel environment, near the center and the ocean. The staff, both at the reception and the serving staff during the meal, were very nice and accommodating, for which we thank them. The food was delicious, many choices, a variety of fruit and desserts. They were very friendly even to the gluten-free diet. Clean and quiet hotel. Option parking the borrowed car in the garage was great. Barrier-free access to client satisfaction. Thank you and we wish you many satisfied clients!

All in all a great hotel. First we had some misunderstandings regarding the room we had booked (with a poolside view) but we got a room with a view outside the hotel. However, we got to change the room to the one we had originally paid for and got a compensation for it as well, which was great. The food offered variety, but some of them could have had more flavour and salt in them in our opinion. Most of the staff was polite and the view from the roof terrace was amazing!

Fab hotel, centrally located for bars restaurants and beach. Rooms lovely and modern with great views of the ocean and pool. Pool area great, especially the roof terrace. The stand out for us was the food, every meal was fantastic 10 out of 10. Use of the exclusive lounge was well worth the money, for afternoon drinks. We loved our stay so much that we booked to return again later in the year. Thanks to all the team for making it a great mini Easter break.
