Staying at Hilton was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A resort that is beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect. Easy to get to from the airport. I need to give a shout out to Luz in the buffet restaurant. and Kalvin at the restaurant The Grille and to Fransisco the bartender at the pool bar. The three of you were polite, friendly and welcoming. The Hilton team should be proud to have the three of you on their team. 100% will recommend this resort to family and friends.

Still here on holiday , not impressed at all , staff are really nice and work hard , entertainment is quite bad , we walked out tonight.
Ran out of raspberry vodka and ingredients to make a mohito tonight , French restaurant is best one. Location is beautiful but nothing around you to do or visit. They have the excursions but so expensive at the hotel.
All inclusive but it's not as bottled beer has to be bought from the bar and the beer they have on tap is not that nice.

Many great things to share about this resort. Impeccable grounds, outstanding staff, food is good, (not great), the adult side pools with swim up bars are great. My son had his destination wedding here yesterday, and I must say, the staff exceeded all expectations! It was amazing!
The resort sits on beautiful waters with nice beaches and no public traffic on the beach trying to sell stuff. All in all, it's an outstanding resort. We've done Sandels in the past, and this was better. Many activities to keep you entertained!
Now, some constructive input: the pools and pool bars close at 6 pm. It's entirely too early! They should be open until at least 10 pm, especially on the adult only side!
No microwave in the suite we had
No one is verifying if you're entitled to Enclave areas, which is a paid for upgrade. We were never asked.
A smoothie bar would be a great addition!
A better beer selection at the bars, basically its Présidente or nothing.

My best all-inclusive experience ever. Been to Barcelo, Club Med, and a few others. Restaurant access was easy, no lines. Bar service came poolside and did excellent. Special shout out to the ladies who work at the Enclave pool on the Family side… they are so sweet and took amazing care of us. I lovehow the staff say “thank you” or “my pleasure” with their hand over their heart. Being my first time to Dominican Republic, I didn’t know if this was a DR thing or a thing at this property… it’s just at this property, but it feels sweet and the staff are all friendly and smile. Food quality was really good. Beach area is good. Water park is nice. I would definitely consider a repeat visit.
