Stayed with my partner and a friend and we absolutely loved it, breakfast has plenty of choice but not one of our favourite meals anyway, dinners were also good mixing it up each night. Cocktails were unreal, all the alcohol served is premium brands if you ask for a Malibu they pour you one, they don’t use local beer or alcohol. Beer is estrella, and they have a gorgeous lemon beer too. The snack bar (pool bar) was amazing for dinner you order and They cook for you, there’s also a buffet inside. 2 large pools amazing we loved a nice chilled day whilst we were round them so relaxing. They play water polo every day and have other various day time entertainment. Perfect location short walk to hard rock and fountains, lovely beach down there, about 10 minute walk to Veronica’s which is each to there own. Some nice beach clubs that way, beach front has loads of restaurants plenty to do round here. Overall we had a fantastic stay here. Would definitely recommend and return. The only downfall for us was the entertainment there is only a small area for it so hard to see past the trees and wasn’t great we only stopped in one night which we were only planning to do once anyway.
Rooms are spacious if you have a “street view” like us it was still a lovely view of the mountains. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Staying here is a blast, the hotel is good but the staff makes it really excellent. You just feel comfortable and the friendly approach of each and every one of them makes you feel special. It's almost impossible not to smile. It's a only a week but we have been treated like royalty. Special mention goes to animation: Mica and the bar: Marcos. Will I recommend? Yes! Was the stay too short.. Yes! Please go!

Lovely hotel, great staff. Food well below average. Disappointing for the price we paid. Not a bit of sun on our balcony. Probably the cheapest rooms available.
Maids and maintenance people talking outside the rooms very loudly and on radios. Walls very thin. The wrist band to access the room is the worst idea ever! They are so sensitive it takes ages to get in. Ridiculous. Had to get it reactivated twice and had only been there one day!

March 2024: Hotel is in a dirty seedy part of the resort. No direct access to the sea. Room was dark and depressing and faced towards the building facade even though we booked sea view. The room itself was filthy with dirty floors and very dusty everywhere with mold spots in bedroom and bathroom. The room was not hoovered the entire time we stayed there, nor was the bathroom cleaned properly either. Air con unit filthy so I could not use as asthmatic. Constant smell of mould/damp and sewage in room and hallway, smell was also outside at times. Screw sticking up on floor of bathroom. No kettle. Hotel charges for everything eg safe, pool towel changes, iron etc etc so not four star. Also gym is very tiny and not really four star worthy. Constant queues at check in desk and pool bar. Noise all night from outdoor entertainment then from clubs at side of hotel. I don’t want to blame staff as they are ok, some of them were very nice and seem to work very hard. I blame greedy hotel management for not maintaining the hotel and not having enough cleaning staff….

My experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. Not only were the rooms and hallways filled with a overpowering smell of mold and humidity, but the stench of food from the kitchen's exhaust pipes was unbearable. It felt like we were trapped in a suffocating and unpleasant environment.
To add insult to injury, the dining area boasted a wide variety of food, but sadly, none of it was well-made or even remotely tasty. It was a culinary disaster that left a sour taste in our mouths. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
But wait, there's more! Despite booking two rooms for our small children and two adults, the hotel staff had the audacity to place us on different floors. We were forced to split up, jeopardizing our family's safety and convenience. It was an unnecessary hassle and showed a complete lack of consideration on their part. They asked us to pay 29€ additional to be placed side by side !!! Seriously ????
And as if that wasn't enough, the music blaring throughout the hotel was so deafeningly loud that it robbed us of any chance of getting a decent night's sleep after a grueling 9-hour journey. We were placed in a room overlooking the street and above an english pub!!!!! Didn’t end before 1am. It was a cruel and torturous way to end an already disappointing stay.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was a nightmare. From the unpleasant smells to the terrible food, the lack of accommodation for families, and the sleep-depriving noise, it was a series of unfortunate events that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Steer clear of this place at all costs.
