My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Green Nature Diamond Hotel, and it was an experience we’ll cherish forever. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the service we received was impeccable, making our stay one of the wonderful moments we’ve had together as a family. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, something we greatly appreciated. It was evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility. Dining at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, catering to our needs with great care. The variety and quality of food available were impressive, offering something delightful for every palate. What made our stay truly memorable was the entertainment team. Their enthusiasm and creativity brought so much joy and excitement, not just to us but to all the guests, especially the children. My 9-year-old son had a blast, and there were always activities to keep him engaged and entertained. The hotel is exceptionally kid-friendly, offering various activities and facilities designed to make children’s stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. My older brother, who often looks for tranquility and relaxation, found plenty of peaceful spots within the hotel to unwind. Overall, the Green Nature Diamond Hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience. Its combination of excellent service, fantastic dining, entertaining activities, and family-friendly atmosphere makes it a perfect destination for families looking to create lasting memories. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The pillows were wonderful the room was amazing clean and lovely views right, The restaurants were absolutely amazing. The food was glorious. The staff and the entertainment team were absolutely out of this world very friendly very organised. Sue was amazing always on the ball always helping people plenty of entertainment love playing the butcher love playing the darts and getting involved. I will miss you Sue ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👌

Place was lovely. Food was delicious. Our view was magnificent (see picture below). Staff were friendly. All inclusive was great. Free drinks by the pool and free drinks at the bar. They hold guest only events at the Volo Bar near the pool. You do have to pay for some of them, like raffle and bingo, but they had mini disco for the kids every night (I think) and live music on some nights. Daily entertainment by the pool. Activities by the pool were fun but repetitive as they had the same schedule almost everyday. Only some days have 1 different activity. Entertainment staff were friendly and walked around the pool when the schedule starts, saying good morning to everyone. They walk around occasionally and interact with guests, having very friendly conversations. They also do 4 dances per day. An opening for the morning schedule then a closing. Then an opening for the afternoon schedule then a closing. If you walk past the pool, there is direct access to the beach. It has beach chairs and a shower. You have the all inclusive privileges after you check out until you exit the hotel (expect the room) meaning you can still have lunch in the restaurant before you leave. The only bad things are that the elevators were broken a lot and the pool wasn’t heated. Highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars.

Holiday was amazing. The animation team were unbelievable couldn't ask for anymore. Pool was fab food was good. Entertainment was great. Drinks were good also. The room was very clean. Staff were really friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will be back and I will miss u sue chovo Alisa Christina Moses Jem ,❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯

Great entertainment staff. Lovely vibe. Accommodates to all people and families. So helpful and do there best do enhance your experience. Have booked to come again next year! Entertainment team are the most incredible team (SUE MOSES JEM CHOVO CHRISTINA) I HAVE BEEN ON MANY TRIPS BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN A AS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS POSITIVE AS THE TEAM AT THIS HOTEL. MY NEXT VISIT WILL BE ENTIRELY FOR THIS TEAM I LOVE YOU GUYS 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰
