Absolutely amazing hotel, truly 5 with very friendly, helpful and warm staff. It feels like a place where the staff are super happy and that energy bounces off of them towards the guests- the managers must be doing something very right to keep such a big team so happy!
Food is outstanding, facilities very good with access to the private beach. You've got lots of restaurants and bars. Very highly recommended it

Extraordinary resort! Everything is included in the all-inclusive booking price except for room service, laundry and the spa. The food everywhere was phenomenal with amazing options for seafood, meets and spectacular pickles. The bars were well stocked with a fun variety of cocktails or excellent wines and liquors. Our favorite offerings were the wine tasting at the wine library, dinner at agreco farm, and sunning by either of the beautiful main pools.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a warm welcome, the staff throughout out stay were friendly, always smiling, and all very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The room we had was a sea view, the room was large, bright and clean, the bed was realy comfortable, my only regret was not to up grade to a swim up room.
The food in all the restaurants was great and could not fault anything.
The pools where very nice, clean and well attended,
All I can say is, thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable.
There is only one recommendation I can give, that is to all my friends and anyone who reads this, "book a holiday at the White Palace, you will not regret it."

All-inclusive hotel. Excellent service and tasty food, especially in the Italian restaurant. All-star ratings are well deserved. We have enjoyed the early summer break in this resort.

From start to finish, it truly was luxury made easy. All staff were 10/10 with their hospitality. They all deserve bonuses after all their hard work in making each day possible for the guests' happiness 😊
