Such a lovely place. Ate at the Poseidon Restaurant tonight, our server Troy was helpful and attentive. The hotel is well maintained with very attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room is comfortable and clean. The beach is lovely. A very nice experience.

My waitress at the Jamaica restaurant was Jerome . He was an excellent waitress he made sure everything was good to our standards. He stayed busy on his feet to make sure the people at his tables had what they needed . I would recommend him for your waitress. The restaurant needs some major remodeling and updated furniture. The food did not meet up to my standard they ran out of oxtail, and the shrimp was soggy. You can't go wrong with salad, so that's what I eat. I was disappointed with the restaurant. They can do better with the restaurant and food. The staff was nice and polite. Furniture is not up to part. The outside looks better than the inside of the room. I will not be coming back to this restaurant unless they do a massive change over with the rooms and food.

This is the third time to the Grand Palladium in Jamaica. The resort is located on a scenic, quiet, and sprawling cove with amazing views. The food has always been terrific at all of the restaurants. We had a great meal at the Japanese and the Italian restaurants. The service was excellent from our waiters and staff. All of the staff are so happy and welcoming. Our Gardener was the coolest guy, he hand picked some ripe coconuts for my kids and I one morning and cut them open for us to enjoy. This was a fun and relaxing vacation. We’ve been to many Caribbean Island all inclusive resorts but so far none have lived up to the Grand Palladium in Jamaica.

So far, I got my first Dinner at the Xaymaica, and Damian, the waiter gave me some good food advice, and I was not disappointed. Nice service and the food was so good.
Review update!
Overall, I had a nice stay. However, there was a problem with my survey. I gave them a 5/5 rating, but the rate did not match what I selected. I wish I could redo it; I sent them an email, and hopefully, it get fixed. Your resort deserves a positive review from me. It appears that many of my responses were not received. I got it home safely. Thank you so much for everything. Eartha, Sabrina, and the others were all nice; they managed to get me a birthday cake, a drink, and some balloons in my room. I had the best birthday ever. I will definitely comeback👌🏾

Everything at the resort has been great. First time arriving, there was a small stain on the bed but otherwise rooms and service have been exceptional. I will warn you though that if you have the app, in-room service does not follow the time you select. Also, Marlene at the Italian Restaurant was the best!! The Mexican restaurant was also great and so was our server Shay!
