Review of Grand Hyatt Hotel
I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The toilet in my ensuite overflowed—completely out of our control—and flooded the bathroom with disgusting toilet water. When I brought this to the management’s attention, I was met with indifference. They simply offered an insincere apology and suggested moving to a different room of the same category, as if that would solve the problem.
The customer service was atrocious. It was clear that the management team had no interest in addressing my concerns or ensuring a comfortable stay. The entire hotel feels outdated and neglected, far from the luxury experience one would expect from a Hyatt.
Additionally, the pool area was a disaster. The poolside was filthy, and I spotted large ants crawling around the children’s pool. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to neglect basic cleanliness and safety.
Overall, I cannot recommend the Grand Hyatt. Poor management, terrible customer service, and a lack of cleanliness make this place one to avoid at all costs. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay.

Very nice hotel, top Service and attentive. Only draw back was construction site as hotel is expanding or remodeling with an additional water park for kids. So looking forward to visiting the hotel next year. Great place, close by DXB Airport. Awesome restaurants inside the resort. We can only recommend this hotel

Had the best night of my life at GRAND HYATT OKTOBERFEST!
The place was beautifully decorated with all sort of stalls, having pork, beef and chicken spots!
They had great variety of sweet corners as well!
Oktoberfest was celebrated just how it’s celebrated in Munich!!!
People were so thrilled and happy to be a part of the event, songs were amazingly played and the host made sure that everybody enjoys! ❤️
I had a full-jar of beer coming in and the Bavarian buffet was amazing! Like how I mentioned, they had every sort of meat for all meat lovers❤️❤️

My recent stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai was perfect! The hospitality was exceptional, especially at the restaurant, where the waiters were amazing—refilling drinks without hesitation and providing excellent service. While the sunbeds at the pool were disappointing (cheap plastic instead of the premium ones from my last stay) and large parts of the pool area are under construction, the overall experience was still fantastic. I’ll definitely be back once the renovations are completed and look forward to seeing the improvements!
