On internet it said the hotel was old, well some bits might look a bit weathered but its a really nice beachfront hotel with a beautiful pool. The kids loved it. The cocktails could be better though 😅

We love this hotel. Excellent staff, excellent location, very comfortable and easy to do anything. They are so accommodating. We are still here at the hotel and leaving tomorrow. We definitely miss it! We has fabulous buffet breakfast every day.🙏🙏🙏

We rented a car and had access to everything we wanted! The breakfast was great, the staff was great and the rooms were awesome. The pools were also extensive and it was on the beach so you could go swim as you pleased. I highly recommend hotel Nikko. Oh! One last thing it is connected to a Japanese and Italian restaurant and the food there is authentic and good.

We had a large room with a beautiful view of the pool and beach, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I would suggest to management that the pool needs to be resurfaced in the near future, bottom very rough in patches, having the beach 3mins away was also extremely nice. Pool bar had some great specials and were very prompt.

During my recent stay at Nikko Bali Benoa Beach, I encountered a nightmare that I couldn't have imagined even in my worst dreams. The hotel's facade may have been deceivingly charming, but the reality inside was a different story altogether. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a broken door that seemed like it had seen better days. Not only did this compromise the security of the room, but it also served as a welcome mat for a variety of unwelcome guests - insects. Lizards scurried along the walls, and cockroaches made themselves at home in the corners, creating a sense of unease and discomfort. The room itself was far from inviting, with a musty odor that clung to the air and stained bed sheets that left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Despite my best efforts to address these issues with the staff, my concerns were met with indifference and apathy, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. The hotel's restaurant offered subpar dining options, and the pool area was overcrowded and unkempt, further adding to my disappointment. In conclusion, my experience at Nikko Bali Benoa Beach was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would caution any potential guests against booking a stay at this poorly-maintained establishment.
