First time in Palma Nova, this hotel was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Plenty sun beds around pool. We did not struggle to find something to eat. Rooms cleaned daily or you can put your do not disturb on the door. Enjoyed a game of bingo at night, 2€ a ticket

Just returned from a 4 night stay with friends. hotel ideally located, close to all amenities and beach. room spotless and had everything you could need. staff extremely helpful and friendly. stayed all inclusive and food choice was plentiful, had something for even the fussy eaters. would highly recommend and return.

We had a brilliant stay at the Globales. While it was the very beginning of the season and quiet, the staff was brilliant; accommodating and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels every morning. The pool was lovely and clean and the entertainment was fab. For the price we paid for the package holiday we really cannot fault this hotel. There was a great selection of food and drink on offer through the all inclusive package too, with dishes to suit most preferences. I want to big up Rosa who was behind the pool bar most days. She was fantastic and welcoming, always serving guests with a smile.

Been home a week now after an early season holiday, the hotel itself is clean, great location and helpful staff. We had access to the VIP area which was good. Drinks accessible there and food such as open sandwiches, pizza, toasties, fruit and salad available when the main restaurant is closed which we found useful. The food in the main restaurant was fine, a little repetitive in that the same sort of meals were up each night just maybe with a different meat substituted - the lack of variety meant we did find ourselves eating out on an evening. The location is great just a 5 minute walk from the beach front and close to shops, bars and restaurants. The entertainment area on a night was not really suited to us as a younger couple, but it was always busy with older couples enjoying their evening. The walls between the rooms are very thin. We must not have had neighbours for the first couple of nights as we had read this and didn’t think it was that bad but as soon as we did have neighbours we could hear their tv/snoring/talking as if we were in the room. Also the cleaners on a morning were very loud. Even at 8am they are shouting to each other and the noise of them moving the beds to make them is so noisy! For people coming away to rest you don’t really get much peace. Speaking of which we were unlucky as for a few nights of our stay there were some very loud guests that decided to bring the party back to their rooms in the early hours. On one night in particular they arrived back at 4am with music blasting and shouting going on. I rang down to reception and (credit to them) within minutes there was silence which I really appreciated. All in all we enjoyed our holiday and appreciated help from staff members. Just a couple of negatives that personally meant we would not likely stay there again.

Arrived 14/03/24 very warm welcome, thank you reception staff, there are 2 small lifts not ideal for persons with disabilities, ie: wheelchairs or scooters, however some people did vacate lifts for disabled. The rooms are of a good quality, every thing you need however, walls are very thin, we were lucky no neighbours for the first 11 days (room 104) road and Mountain View. Hotel very clean and the staff impeccable no faults for any of them a great team. Restaurant manager Ramon must be one of the most politest persons I have met, helped us with tables as my wife uses a mobility scooter, and the restaurant staff are brilliant and helpful as is the indoor/outdoor bar staff, the drinks token is a good idea no plastic cups littering the pool areas. Pete the entertainment guy and his girl helper so very funny, spoke to all who were round the pool everyday. The bar seating area is not ideal most are sitting with their backs to the entertainment, needs configuring. Food and drink always enough to eat, a bit repetitive but plentiful, chips sometimes cold but if you asked they would be changed no qualms, drinks are flowing all day until 12 midnight, use it don't abuse it, some did bad head next day......
