The entertainment team were fantastic at this hotel. My Children , Oscar and Phoebe loved all the activities with all the lovely entertainment staff! A special mention to Trey who was absolutely incredible with the children. He went above and beyond to make the holiday extra special and entertaining. He was fabulous. We will be back again 😃

Great all inclusive setting, it's designed like a Canarian village on a grand scale. We had a one bedroom villa, very nice with a private garden and our own plunge pool. Food is generally very good and drinks very good. Down side for us was the location away from the main restaurants and bars, adult entertainment in the evening was poor at best TBH. Kids entertainment was good, alas we're a mature couple with grand children grown up. So the constant crying of children was not what we expected. Due to it being "term time" we were not expecting a third of the holiday makers to be young children, constantly moaning shouting or crying all day everyday. Great place for kids, but adults only from now on!

Gorgeous hotel, fantastic staff, excellent location, all round excellent for couples and families.
Came here with my husband for a wee break, last week. The staff were very attentive, and helpful in letting us relax. Wide range of food at breakfast, including Pancakes, bacon, eggs several ways and mountains of pastries.
It's a 10/15minute walk to the seafront where there are plenty of wee shops, restaurants and water sports/excursion. Plus they have someone in the lobby to help with these too if you want to plan it without leaving the hotel.
Will absolutely come back with the family!

Just returned after 9 nights stay and as it was our 3rd time here definitely would return. Staff are all so friendly and the animation team are excellent. I'm gluten free and was given a card to show at meal times as half board I had plenty of choice everything labelled for allergies which great. Also either Claudia or man who's name I didn't actually get were both extremely attentive to my needs. By the pool and in evening the entertainment was very good for both children and adults. Diana and Adele were both brilliant so energetic and fun. The whole animation team are a very friendly bunch of lively young adults. Nice to watch how they interacted with both families and couples alike. Would certainly be recommending GF ISABEL.

Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars. Let’s start with the room - it was infested with bugs (with cracks in the wall allowing them to crawl in and out). They don’t know how to make beds, they took the poofy blanket with no sheet and instead of putting it inside a sheet they put a sheet under it which is disgusting because I don’t want to touch another blanket someone slept in without a sheet covering the entire thing. Also apparently there’s no bell boy service until 11am so there was nobody to help me carry the luggage down a flight of stairs at 8am.
