Garden Suites By Meliá is an all-inclusive hotel. The programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

This was a dream vacation. We loved everything. We had a Swim Up room and it was fabulous. We were in Building 8…right by the Beach. I got up every morning to see the sunrise. It was my Birthday. Fernando and my husband got me a cake, ice cream and champagne to celebrate. It was amazing. Pedro on the Beach was the best. He was always available for any of our needs. He got us each a “special” cocktail to celebrate my birthday. He hand delivered and sang Happy Birthday to me. We highly recommend….you will not be disappointed!!!

Everything was so great from beginning to end. Airport/hotel transfer was easy and check-in was a breeze. I’ve stayed at multiple Paradisus properties and this is by far the most stunning. This resort is located right on the beach & has multiple restaurants and pools for your choosing. Given that this is an all-inclusive, the food was pretty decent. My favorite was Flora. Felix was our concierge and he was amazing! He helped us get settled in from our first day to our last day. Checked in with us every day, made sure we had our dinner reservations, and that we had a comfortable stay through our trip. This trip was also for my birthday and he had our room decorated … it was a nice surprise after a day at the beach. Highly recommend him if you’re thinking about going.

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real was nothing short of amazing. This is my second time coming to this resort and it never disappoints. Every restaurant was absolutely amazing and delicious but I did have a favorite. The Italian restaurant Mascalzone was superb. From appetizers down to the dessert. Service was amazing, our waitress attended our every need. I would absolutely do come back to Paradisus.

This review is for Ginger Bar. The 24hr bar located near the entrance across from the reception desk. We went literally every morning and sometimes just because. Anthony and Ismael the bartenders and the ladies Nereida and Clari are absolutely amazing!!! They make you feel like family, remember not only your faces but your drink order. Good little pastries and always a clean counter and fresh coffee.. do yourself a favor and go 😉

Currently, on the last day of a 4 night family vacation with children 12 and 6. The location, our room (ocean front suite) and the hotel in general is absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it has not been crowded at all. However, this is not a 5 star resort experience at all. The music tonight for what I assume is some type of event is so loud we can not go to sleep. The vendors on the beach did not bother us too much and were nice, but you should expect to be approached multiple times throughout your stay. We stayed in the room that provided a concierge and we were not impressed. We received reservations for dining every night; however it took multiple messages and all the reservations were later than requested. The food at the buffet for breakfast was okay but I would recommend staying away for lunch. If you are not able to obtain dinner reservations, you will be disappointed. The food was mediocre at best at all of the places we went for dinner including the steakhouse, Asian, Mexican and Italian. Other than the food, everything else was okay. I would return again with my husband but likely not for a family vacation as there is not much to do with children. If you are looking for a decent get away with gorgeous beaches, this resort is it! If you want a 5 star experience, this is not the resort!
