The pillows were very comfortable and the free amenities were very considerate but there was a bug problem. I stayed in Room 968, which is a 3 person room but they only provided 2 blankets instead of 3. The bathroom curtain is too short to cover the windows and the toilet, so water often splashes out of the shower and onto the toilet and the raised bathroom floor. The curtain is also see through when viewed from specific angles and certain lighting conditions you can see people through it, which becomes a problem when there are people who are not comfortable with being seen through the curtain. As mentioned before, the curtain doesn’t cover all of the windows, and there is a gap between the soap dispenser and the glass where someone can look directly at the person showering inside. The vent above the toilet needs cleaning. There is also a weird yellow mucus-like residue building up on the shower heads, which block the flow of water. I tried picking it out with a tissue, and pulled out a worm-shaped object. The shower itself is good with the different shower modes you can pick from, but the curtain design needs revision. There were also many bugs in the room, they were seen coming out of the sink, the bed, the drain and the secondary drain next to the toilet. I once entered the room and killed 5 flies within 5 minutes of entering. Nevertheless, This hotel was great, it could be much better if the bathroom curtain was less translucent and longer, the bug problem was resolved and the room service provided 3 blankets instead of 2. I enjoyed my stay in Singapore!

Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Staff were very accommodating and lovely to deal with. Got a special Mother’s Day cookie too 😊. Restaurant food was good and the waterfall lounge was very comfy. Close to the station and bus routes. We didn’t take a taxi at all and didn’t need to walk very far. Highly recommend.

Overall a good experience and definitely worth the money. The Hotel is between two busy streets, but not far from the next bus stop or subway station. It is also about 7 minutes walk to the River Front Walkway with lots of restaurants and bars for any taste and wallet. We booked a larger room to have some space and the room’s size was just all right. We had a toilet and shower separated with a door, but the sink was directly in the room, which was a bit unusual - but generally not a problem. There was enough furniture and additional household appliances in the room like an iron and ironing board, electric kettle and tea/coffee mugs, enough hangers in the closet. The bed and the mattress was all right - not too soft and not too hard. For me there were 2 negative points: 1. The carpet on the floor was a dark color and a bit shabby, so you can’t actually tell how clean or not clean is the floor. 2. There was a funny musty or moist smell in the room, which would be blown away once the air conditioner was turned on. The same smell but much lighter was on the floor and in the corridor as well. It gave me an impression like no one lived in this part of the hotel for some time maybe, which I actually doubt.

Spent 7 nights at Furama RiverFront and we had a fantastic stay. Liza at the front desk was very helpful, informative and patient with us with all the requests and questions we had. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Booked with Club perks so had daily breakfast buffet which was really nice and quite varied. Our room was cleaned and looked after every day. The location of the hotel is quite good and more or less central to everything we wanted to do and go see. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable but probably could soon do with updating, particularly in the bathroom. The food we had was consistently of good quality as was the service from the staff. Receptionists were helpful when responding to our queries. The staff in the Waterfall lounge were exceptionally friendly. The location of the hotel is brilliant given it is close to an underground station (Havelock) so enabling ready access to the key sites. Can very much recommend the hotel.
