What a lovely warm welcome we had from Reva. Our checkin was quick and efficient. We were given room 0619. The room was clean and housekeeping excellent. The hotel is brilliant, beds clean & comfy, pillows lovely. The hotel entry is gorgeous but our floor and room is looking a bit run down and shabby. The TV and bath plug weren't working but this was attended to very quickly once we reported it. The plug for charging our phones was very loose from the wall.
100% recommend this place.

This hotel should not be rated 4 stars. The value for your money is not there at all.
The rooms are not clean and the hotel is VERY dated.
Our room smelled of smoke daily. The shower has mildew. The shower curtain is yellowed. Fixtures in the room are dirty and dusty. It makes me question how well these rooms are cleaned. I felt quite disgusted when in the room. Beyond that the hotel does not service the rooms daily. Rooms are serviced every third night. What kind of hotel has you making your own bed? Overall the only positive is the location. I would not advise anyone stay here.
What are you paying for when staying here?
1. Servicing your own room
2. Dirt and mildew
3. Off putting smells in hallways and rooms
Very disappointed and would not recommend.
Edit/update: spoke to the front desk about the smoke smell and the solution was to send a woman with a can of air freshener to spray the room. So now it smells like headache inducing artificial fragrance AND cigarette. Super duper

The hotel is great! The hallways are a little dated with carpet looking old and lifting in spots. The rooms are clean, we had 2 double beds and found it a little squishy but that's okay. Rooms are cleaned every 3rd day unless requested. Staff are wonderful and kind. Breakfast is amazing and the coffee is also tasty, my kids loved the waffle station and the chef making omelettes. We absolutely loved the location, china town right outside, which we loved exploring in the evenings and Clarke Quay a few minutes walk. 2 MRT stations only a few minutes away. THE. BEST. LOCATION. 100% Would recommend.

The location is great. We can just walk to Chinatown, Clark Quay, Fort Canning Park and many malls nearby. The waiters were amazing, especially Ivy in the exclusive lounge. Delicious food and drinks. We will definitely come back here soon 😊🫶

Great views from our hotel room. Special thanks to Yvette who assisted us when we checked in. She was very amiable and quick to resolve our concerns.
The hotel itself is dated, but had been recently renovated to provide modern vibes.
