Four Seasons left an incredible impression. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean, making the stay as comfortable as possible. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The rooms are equipped with robes, slippers, and everything you might need. The staff is amazing – always friendly and ready to help with any questions. The breakfast is simply fantastic. Special mention goes to the smoking area: comfortable sofas and a great ambiance make it an ideal place to relax. Excellent service and attention to detail at every step.

An amazing experience from start to finish! Honestly, I can't recommend this place highly enough. The value for money is unbelievable. The staff goes above and beyond with their warmth and attentiveness, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The buffet was a highlight, offering a variety, diverse and plentiful selections each day. We really loved the themed nights! Cyprus Night was a standout favorite, served with authentic and delicious local dishes.. 😋 Our 6-day stay was absolutely delightful, and we're already planning our next visit. Not gonna lie, this was a perfect getaway that exceeded our expectations….😍

Gorgeous hotel. Professional staff, many restaurant choices, amazing menus. The food is always delicious and well prepared. We had a residence with a breathtaking view, room service was always perfect. Spa is world class. What made us absolutely not want to leave was the bar. Four Seasons style, great service, perfect shishas. We will be back.

Aesthetically the hotel is very nice from the outside and even inside the hotel, bars, restaurants etc, but please do not be mistaken and think this hotel is a classic Four Seasons hotel. It is a glorified Butlins. The rooms do not live up to the Four Seasons standard. The service is not of the norm you would find at any other Four Seasons hotel. We called to reserve one of the restaurants in the hotel, and we were told nothing was available. We checked online and found multiple slots of availability. Seems like they didn’t want to look. The front room service, and restaurant staff, cleaners and concierge/bell boys are great however. Just avoid the restaraunt reservations team. Food is average in general too.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. First and foremost, the staff were the highlight of the stay, consistently demonstrating exceptional politeness and a genuine willingness to assist with any request.
The hotel, in its current state, falls short of delivering on its brand promise and the expectations associated with a five-star hotel.
Despite claims of refurbishment, the hotel's dated 1980s style is strikingly apparent the moment I stepped into the lobby.
The revamp, if it truly took place, seems to have done little to modernize the space. The furnishings, from the lobby to the guest rooms, felt tired and far from the luxurious standard I associate with the Four Seasons brand, or even a five-star hotel in general.
While the mattress provided a surprisingly comfortable night's sleep, the overall ambience of the room was lacklustre, the decor was old-fashioned, and the quality of the furnishings was clearly not up to par. What may look appealing in photos turned out to be cheaply manufactured pieces that did not reflect the premium experience I expected.
It's worth noting that the service remained impeccable, as one would anticipate from the Four Seasons. However, the dated and underwhelming hardware significantly detracted from what should have been a luxurious stay.
Although the amenities were decent, they lacked the "wow factor" typically associated with Four Seasons properties. Given the high price point, the overall value for money was underwhelming.
Would I stay again? Maybe not compared to the other 5 star chains that offer much more. However, if the hotel wishes to truly live up to its reputation, a more substantial overhaul is necessary to elevate the guest experience and justify the premium pricing.
