We stayed in start of April with my 5 years old son. Room very clean, hotel staff super friendly and helpful. One day we came to pool area and couldn't see free sunbeds, staff member appeal from nowhere and sort us in a minutes. You getting everyday clean, fresh towels for swimming pool. Food was good. My son loves pepperoni pizza and one day there was no pepperoni pizza. Chef Ibrahim was very friendly and made pepperoni Pizza for my son. Waterpark worked from 10:00-12:00/14:00-16:00 probably because of the time of the year. Weather was great, so we could swim in a pool very comfortable. Lifeguard Simon was super friendly with kids, minding them and playing with them. Across the road there are more waterslides/pools and near the beach and you can use all this as part of the all inclusive deal. At the hotel territory available plenty of shops to buy few bits what you would need. Kids disco every night, you can stay local or go across the road and join another kids disco. It was very nice and relaxing stay for us.

Hard to communicate in English with staff over here. Not recommended for Indian and Asian people. As there no Veg and Vegan food choice. I stayed here for a week and had to eat Vegetables and Potatoes at all time. Employee do discriminate and treats you so differently then there own community peoples.

Great holiday it's classed as all inclusive however that is really only beer and wine there's only 1 bar that serves spirits during the day but if your not too bothered about it then your gd.
The food was gd for the most part some of the buffet food was Luke warm at best but I think that was down to the food sitting around for the restaurant to open.
If u want to venture out of the hotel then there's not much around to do there was a market on the Sunday and a few shops around but other than that u may need to drive out or get a excursion booked.
How ever if u want a good holiday to sit pool side or on the beach then I would highly recommend.

The food is not at all taken into consideration for all the types specially those who are vegan and vegetarian. It's very tough and exhausting to explain the staff in English and none of them are good at it. Even the welcoming Is not heart warming and we, my family and friends have experienced prejudice and partisanship. The rooms are also not cleaned, no kettle or enough essentialities. Poor communication and client satisfaction.
