Chef khadija was very friendly and helpful, my food was gorgeous and she even brought it over to me, so I could enjoy the views whilst I waited. This type of service is impeccable and so welcoming. Thank you for making my morning breakfast and experience so special. Hakim front office was the first person to greet myself and partner on arrival and was so friendly and welcoming, automatically we were even more excited about our stay here from the first welcome. Thank you for bringing joy to our holiday and being so helpful. Myself and partner will definitely be back again next year!

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel and couldn't say a bad thing about it! Great location - things nearby to do, has a mall right outside. The pool area was lovely with a infinity pool which looked out onto the beach and landmarks which was beautiful. The beach had water sports available which me and my partner enjoyed. The service at the hotel was great. Very polite and always available to assist. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel and its location are fantastic! The food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and well-organized, providing top-notch service. A special thank you to Mr. Mohammad Faruk from the security team for his exceptional assistance—he's a great asset to the hotel. The only downside is that with the half-board option, you can only swap lunch for dinner on the same day, which can be inconvenient if you're on a tour and miss lunch and dinner. It would be more convenient if you could swap the missed dinner for the next day's lunch."

We stay at Duke Palm and Santos today cleaned our room. Finally we got 4 towels as we are 2 adults and 2 kids, enough still water bottles and a very nice clean room. Location of the hotel is very nice on the beach, nice lovely lazy river pool, infinity pool, very friendly staff. Breakfast has many options and food at Ula beach bar is good. The hotel is across a shopping mall called Nakheel. Great stay, totally enjoying it.
