I certainly wouldn't call this a 4-star hotel. The staff are fabulous, and the food is good, for all-inclusive, but the rooms are dated, the bed was horrifically uncomfortable, the bathrooms are a bit grotty, and the booze is low quality. "All-inclusive" cocktails are still charged at half price, are not well made, and do not use decent ingredients. Better cocktails can be found pretty much anywhere else nearby. The sunset is beautiful, though, and the evening entertainment is quite good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The two pools were perfect for relaxing, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. The customer service was exceptional—staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Dated, not a 4 star as advertised... food was good, drinks are terrible... we were disappointed as we have stayed in much better 3 stars... beware the tourist tax.. €7 per night for a 4 star hotel, we paid €140 for our 2 rooms before we even got to the rooms... it seems everything is money now in Greece and it's expensive... we were all inclusive and still managed to spend £800.
Island location is beautiful but I am afraid this was our last trip to Greece 🇬🇷

We stayed for 7days. The food was really bad. We’ve had half board and the food was really greasy and almost the same every day. Also the glasses that we were drinking were really dirty.
We’ve stayed on the first floor, we didn’t have a balcony and it was really hard to dry our beachwear because no direct sunlight was entering that room. Beds and pillows really uncomfortable and the room was looking really outdated. Also, you can hear everything from the other rooms.
Definitely the hotel needs an upgrade because it doesn’t look like a 4star hotel, every piece of furniture is really oldand looks bad.
The pool and the location was nice.

Returned from a week stay here in the bungalow with own pool. I highly recommend booking this room the pool is a good size, clean and overlooks beautiful views. A few cons however small, it's a shame you have to pay for drinks in the evening after 8pm on the rooftop bar as its lovely and quiet up there. We also didn't really like drinking from tiny cups all week and would of liked the all inclusive drinks abit later than 11pm. We already knew the hotel was high up so be prepared for lots of steps and walking but this isn't the hotels fault. The hotel buffet is surprisingly varied and effort has been put in to cater for everyone. The 3 girls that run the entertainment are lovely and really try there best to include you in the activities and make you feel welcomed. No issues with staff everyone as usual is friendly in Greece. If you're wanting a nice quiet well run hotel but happy to walks lots then I'd recommend this hotel. Also look out for shortcuts around the hotel and paleo as you will need them! :)
