So we arrived late on its opening day 1 st may good response from front office staff very friendly bottle of bubbly in the room as well as a lite bite of snacks . Both of us thinking this is wonderful breakfast was good plenty of selection good service very friendly Booked for dinner in the hotel that night. Food was warm not hot staff yet again very friendly and nice Second day more people arrived oooops sorry no hot water ? Why we asked maybe more people using the hot water at the same time ? Terrible smell coming from the drainage ? Must be because more people are using the toilets ? Moved room still no hot water and the smells continue one week later having spoken to the manager they was a problem but it’s now sorted Five o’clock in the morning I am up all doors open the smell was so bad it was unreal sorry it will be sorted was the reply All these things should have been sorted before opening the doors to paying customers was what should have happened We asked for a late departure time and asked for over a 100eur for 5 hours ? It turned into a not very pleasant experience at the hotel and I don’t think I would be unfair in saying that the staff were the only ones who were there to help us enjoy our time there Management really did nothing in the way of helping the situation if anything

This was our first time staying in a five star hotel, we decided to treat ourselves as we just got married and on top of that it was my birthday week. The hotel is absolutely stunning, big rooms with everything you need and more. The private pool in the room is so enjoyable. You have access to a private part of the beach from the hotel. Breakfast was just perfect, there was so much choice and great quality of food. Big thank you to every single staff member we have met, everyone was kind, smiling and just lovely. The attention to details is incredible, as I said it was my birthday week but I didn't tell anyone, yet the hotel staff must have noticed when checking in and surprisingly brought me a birthday cake, such a lovely attention. Absolutely loved our stay here and would totally come back. Thank you!

The level of effort, service and general will to please you from the staff from the moment you arrive is unbelievable. The small touches of a welcome drink, the warm welcome smiles as well as the above & beyond quality is something we loved and won't forget. Headlines - very private and relaxed hotel. - high end quality and reasonably priced bar and food. - rooms of exceptional standard (get the ones with a pool!) - The private beach is across the road with sunbeds, showers and bar. It is a must to get a few spa treatments when here too! We did the couples 70 minute massage, masking and facial. Just a big thank you too all the staff (kitchen, servers, cleaners,, bar, beach,reception, front of house and back of house) you made this a holiday we won't forget!

Their beach is round stones you literally can't walk on. The breakfast is amazing but other meals should be avoided. None of their pools were heated so very disappointed. There are better places.
