Beautiful in every detail enjoying my first day here in Dubai. What I would say and it's not in any way negative is if they had a shuttle service from hotel to airport and vice versa even if it was simply an add on for the first and last day of your holiday it would be perfect. I'm still going to give a 5 star rating because the service has been excellent and the team are outstanding and so attentive an absolute credit to the hotel and the wonderful country of Dubai. Could not have wished for a better holiday. Magnificent.

We were generally pleased with our hotel stay. It had spacious rooms and a nice breakfast.
However, even though we locked the door of our room, it would open at the slightest touch. We asked for technical support from the reception during our stay to have it repaired, but no one came! It was not repaired for 1 week, we were uneasy and did not feel comfortable. That's why I'm deducting points. ( Our stay date is 8-14 September 2023 )

We've been here in our office mates birthday. Their hotel apartment rooms is very nice, spacious and all your needs is there. Service is nice and the location is accessible. Over all is nice even a bit pricey. But in breakfast buffet all I can say in coffee section. Coffee must be hot not warm.

restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the restaurant manager Mustafa Helmy for ensuring that our visit was nothing short of perfection.
Additionally, the manager Mustafa took the time to check in with us periodically, ensuring that everything was to our liking and offering recommendations from the menu. Their passion for hospitality was truly inspiring and added an extra layer of warmth to our dining experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend the restaurant at Rotana Amwaj Hotel highly enough. The manager's dedication to excellence is truly commendable, and their commitment to providing top-notch service made our visit truly unforgettable. I will definitely be returning soon, eager to once again indulge in the culinary delights and impeccable service that this establishment has to offer.
