Had a lovely week away for some birthday celebrations. We arrived to find out they had upgraded our room(the suite was excellent!).
Location isn't bad at all but if you want to be amongst the larger towns (30-40 min drive) however theres a bus stop 5 minutes walk away so they are easily accessible.
The cleaners have been quick and efficient and the room always looked very presentable and tidy.
Can't comment on the entertainment as we didn't get round to seeing any of it.
A good variety of food, some similar dishes each meal which accommodate the picky eaters but would have been great to have a few more local dishes
Thank you to all the team that looked after us throughout our stay.
Overall would absolutely recommend and would come back here if we visit Tenerife again.

The hotel itself was outstanding. Location was good and the rooms were fabulous. Cleaned every day and to a high level.
The only downfall is the food. Bones in all meats we had and so small they weren't noticeable until you took a bite. Plus, for a 4 star hotel the options weren't great except at the salad bar which was amazing!

Had an amazing short break! Weather was perfect, location quiet but plenty to enjoy and rooms nice and clean. We booked our excursions just down on the sea front at The Ticket Office, great deals and very helpful! And next door we had lunch several times at Pancake Cafe with amazing views and super staff. We will be back!

We stayed at the hotel for a weeks rest, how wrong we were loud music and entertainment around the main pool area and the entertainment was diabolical.
The restaurant was chaotic and everyone had to eat, I can only describe it as a large canteen style I have never witnessed such bad manners and greed and waste of food left. All the food that was prepared was fantastic lovely and fresh something for everyone.
On a positive note I think the staff are doing an amazing job keeping the hotel so clean and tidy.
Just to some up on points I would like less entertainment around the pool area and turn the pipe music down around the main pool.
As for a couple's holiday we didn't get much rest at all. We will not be returning to the hotel which is a real shame.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. When I did the booking through Jet2Holidays, the accommodation description said the resort is at a walking distance from the beach. It is at a walking distance from a marina but not the beach. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes' walk and it is a rocky one and very difficult to reach the water, let alone enjoying a dip. The other issue is the variety of vegetarian food at the restaurant. There weren't plenty of options, and most of the time, there was poor labelling or no labelling at all. Finally, the cleanliness of plates and cutlery at the restaurant is a real downside for such a beautiful place.
