We had a very nice stay. We received a very warm welcome from the whole team and every staff member we encountered were helpful and warm. We did have a mix up from the lobby about a payment that we needed to show proof of, this took a bit of time. Apart from that it was fine. The resort is very open and spacious and is lovey to walk around. I loved the swimming pools, they are great for kids and adults. Also the hotel offers lots of different fun activities for kids. We loved the the face paint party and the foam party. There is a beautiful area behind the kids club with fish, birds and butterflies. The rooms are the weakest part of the resort in my opinion. They are in need of renovation. (Mainly the bathrooms) Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. But for the price I had higher expectations. Overall lovey experience.

Location was good and hotel and grounds spacious and not crowded. Other than the lobby, grounds and restaurants the rest of the resort including our room was a little tired and in need of a good clean and repaint. Cleanliness here was my main issue.. for the price being charged it fell short. We received a welcome cake on arrival (thank you) we placed the empty plate outside the door as didn't want to attract any ants etc in the room.. after 3 days this still hadn't been collected! The same for a fruit platter another guest had left outside their door.. this was only removed when we flagged this with reception. We shouldn't have needed to do this. Also after our bed linen was changed the duvet cover had a huge tear in it.. it was just not expected and in my opinion should never happen. I also have to mention the cups for tea or coffee.. they have a stupid handle which makes it difficult to hold the hot beverage without burning your fingers, bad design and not practical. Overall we had a good stay but unfortunately wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

We had a great experience at Sofitel Krabi. The room was clean and overlooked a peaceful garden. Highlights included the large swimming pool, which was perfect for a swim with my young son, and the diverse breakfast options that catered well to different tastes, especially the pastries. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, filled with trees and plants, enhancing the serene atmosphere.The facilities for children, like the playground and butterfly tent, were well-received. What stood out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended for families seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I recently stayed at Sofitel for a family vacation, and it was fantastic! The property is huge, and the cleanliness really stood out. The staff were incredibly professional and accommodating throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the massive pool, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The presence of a kids club and daycare made it incredibly convenient for us, allowing everyone to have a great time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would love to visit again in the future.

It’s was amazing stay. This resort surrounded with nature which make you feel calm and peaceful at the same time. The best location for chaos escape. Staff are all well trained and friendly with a beautiful smile. Thank you for all of your hardworking which make my stay complete with happiness. 1. If you looking for peaceful stay calm and cozy this is excellent 2. If you like the bar which you can talk with the friends or family and enjoy drink in swimming pool. This is complete 3. Be aware, staff here is so friendly and helpful you will fall in love with them and don’t want to leave. 4. This resort have a lot of activities to enjoy, like spa, daily wellness activities, beach massage. And I love when spa combine with wellness and restorative activities for example crystals bowl bath in full moon day. And also kayaking, paddle board or sailing with reasonable prices. 5. Something they could do better is improving some quality of furniture and decorations. It’s look old but still in a good operating but it will look more upgrades once these change. And some more nice decorations and warm welcoming vibe at reception hall and area.

5 ⭐️ This is my second visit to Dusit Thani in Krabi, this time with my 13 year old. The staff, facilities, food and location were as incredible as I remembered from my trip last year. I had a club room but didn’t always use the club lounge facilities and instead opted to let me son use them. He loved the afternoon tea sandwiches and cakes and wanted to thank the chef. We did encounter a slight problem with his room on the ground floor. There was a noticeable smell and slight issue with the toilet. It didn’t bother him though. We were lucky to be in Thailand for the Songkran celebrations. The hotel had special events to celebrate the New Year which was an added bonus. 100% recommended

We stayed at Dusit Thani Krabi for 6 nights and had a lovely time. The place was spotlessly clean, grounds were beautiful with two lovely pools that never felt too crowded. The access to the fabulously peaceful beach was great and there were plenty of shady spots under trees to relax. The hotel room (deluxe sea view) was spacious enough for two adults and a 13 year old. We didn’t eat in the restaurants other than for breakfast, which was a fantastic mix of Thai, Indian and European/American dishes. There are some absolutely delicious restaurants near by - within very easy walking distance from the hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was a delight. So warm, helpful and friendly. We booked a couple of excursions from the company based in the hotel lobby and they were good value and very well organised. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Amazing stay—only thing to note is that there are a good amount of kiddos. Spa was lovely, staff is insanely friendly and attentive, and the beachfront is super nice. Breakfast buffet is 10/10 but other on-site restaurants are kinda pricey. The Indian restaurant across the street is delish. Oh, and watch out for jellyfish season.

Having stayed at a Dusit Thani before I found that standards have slipped. Rooms were adequate but tired. Club room dress code has gone down a lot with people coming off the beach with out changing. The food has reduced in quality and variety. The tiling around the main pool is a death trap waiting for someone to be seriously hurt. It is very slippy when your feet are wet, I slipped and hurt my legs (staff were very attentive and helpful). The tiles really do need addressing very soon. Overall the hotel has a great position, but needs to have investment in its infrastructure. I hope you take these comments as constructive, as I would love to return in the future.

Great location writ private beach, all rooms are ocean facing with a balcony. It was just really nice to sit outside, listening to the beach waves at night. Their rooms are open concept to feel more spacious however you can see from the decor that it’s is outdated. Decent breakfast a lot of choices, food quality is not bad. The frequency of the boat ride back to town could be more frequent, also a WhatsApp number or online self service to book would be good as sometimes when you are out and a change of plans you need to rebook by calling or email.

We loved our 2 night stay here. The view from the hotel is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The fact that you can only get there by boat or through a steep monkey trail probably isn’t for everyone but for me this made our trip very unique and memorable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room but could maybe do with a touch up soon as it’s starting to look a bit dated. Overall we really loved our stay

A great view doesn’t make a great hotel. If you look for just a nice view and nothing else maybe it’s the place. But if quality of service or quality of the room is important to you, avoid this place by all means. It is not a 5-Star hotel at all. Rooms are old, equipment is aging and nothing is done to upgrade it so far. The stay started wrong from the start, the hotel team did not respond to my emails for arranging pick up to the hotel. I had to call 5 times and the staff barely spoke English. Then the hotel is enclosed and only access via a steep monkey trail walk or by boat. Boat only runs once an hour for restricted periods during the day. If you miss the booking or it’s full, too bad you need to walk the steep stairs with your two kids and the backpacks and your necessities for your day out. The AC in the room was extremely noisy which they started to work on, on our last day in the hotel… probably for the next guests. They also started to fix the room next to us early morning the last day before we left so we could forget to rest before our travel out. We complained to the staff but they didn’t care. Only when we started posting negative review the manager of the hotel came to us and gave us the option to change room but without any view. As said this is the only amazing thing about this hotel. Hence we refused. So he gave us access to the Club house which otherwise is to pay. It was a nice gesture and we thank him for trying to help. But the fixes necessary for this hotel are so broad based that you need the Centara Management to fix them all. Starting with the staff which doesn’t take service seriously, I think they probably aren’t happy working there either. And to make the matter worse this was our family holiday to celebrate my 40years birthday. Which the manager tried his best to celebrate with a cheap Spanish sparkling wine bottle in our Room. Hence we will never stay in a Centara ever again in any place in the world given this was the worst hotel experience of my entire life. And I travel around the world for my job every month…

Expect to wait upward of an hour for any service. Checkin, an hour. Ordering food, an hour Checkout, yep, an hour. The property is very nice and very beautiful. Nothing like it. The private beach is truly mesmerizing. The rooms are huge and views spectacular. You can spend hours relaxing in the beach recliner, and if you have ordered something you will have to.

Loved the location of this resort which is so serene and beautiful & peaceful. It can be reached by boat but they have their own boat service operating at every one hour to go to Krabi. Surprisingly we got amazing Indian veg food at the restaurant of this resort. Swimming pool view is unbelievable.

Beautiful hotel, grounds and rooms. Nice pools, small but clean. Very humid at night - air Coolers but no dehumidifiers - so cool and sticky in bed. Great service, very good chef at the restaurant (except for the mushroom soup). Comfy mattress and feather pillows. It's on a hill, do LOTS of stairs climbed in 3 nights. Fun beach setup with great chairs and plenty of shade if needed. Ocean water wasn't very clear, not like the pictures. Not very close to town or shopping. But overall a great stay!

Enjoyed a brilliant stay just after Songkran, would definitely recommend. Particular highlights include: The stunning view out to sea, which gives gorgeous daily sunsets behind the islands scattered in front of the hotel. The staff were consistently exceptional in terms of being helpful, yet never intrusive. I would normally give names to credit individuals, but there were so many. Little things like letting us use a room to shower after we checked out made the flight home more pleasant. The room was very spacious and in good condition

A 5 star hotel that is about to lose one!!!! Our experience in our two weeks at this hotel has greatly lowered our expectations to the same ones we set upon our arrival! We were going on our honeymoon and even though we had email from the travel agency, they forgot about the decoration and reception they offer! The room service forgot something in particular every day: tea, towels, sometimes they changed the number of water bottles and we had to remember something different every day! The buffet, which was the only saving grace, was good, But the service decreased a lot as the days went by until we had to go Looking for the staff to order your morning coffee and tea! As for the pool, full of small children with their cries, of which there being more pools they were always in the adult one and when we went to complain to reception, the Manager in a very bad manner told us That it was a family hotel, something that does not appear on any platform and with the number of stairs that the family hotel has, it has absolutely NOTHING!!! We have seen how on the hotel beach they sometimes spent more than an hour collecting empty glasses or beer bottles in a 5-star hotel! The prices on the menu do not include VAT, which bothered us a lot because when you go to settle the hotel bill you may get a surprise!!!! Also we never eat dinner at Restaurant because the prices were not finalized and one of the days the cart with the towels that you return from using the pool, full to overflowing, was right in front of the music group that entertains the nights 3 days a week and the image was more Well annoying. Nobody ever asked us how our stay was during our two weeks at the hotel and on top of that when we went to go and left the hotel we carried a minbre bag that they kindly give you upon arrival for the beach and pool and that we used To carry our things last day, and they tried to tell us, to which my husband responded That we needed it and what was the intention of the hotel If after two weeks it had been used and looked used, and when asked if they intended to give it to another room upon arrival, the girl at the reception said Yes! Something unacceptable and we already have the doubt if ours had also been used before! In short, a lot of shadows in an environment of lights that the Manager was rather worried about talking more than us and wanting to express her position in the hotel, when she had the opportunity to talk to us ask and investigate that she passed for To make our stay more comfortable, she was just trying to close doors and she was not at all kind or friendly to guests who had invested their money in the hotel for so many days!! I do not recommend it and we will not return to Amari Vogue!!! Be careful if you choose this hotel FAMILIAR!!!!

Very nice Hotel! Very good breakfast! However - in a far away place. No local shopping within 1km range Very limited chance of dining outside the Hotel. In case your walking capabilities are limited - its 100 stairs down to the beach / up to the reception. Nice to walk past pools and flowers - but please keep this in mind. For disabled / wheelchair users a 100% No-Go!

This hotel is splendid! Great hospitality, staffs were always available and met all are requirement without any waiting time. They ensured to provide all toiletries without even having to ask. We had their premium deluxe room with a jacuzzi in the balcony facing the beach view, loved it! As our flight was at night we had kept our luggage in the locker room and gone for water sports… upon return they even provided a decent room for freshen up. Thais Food at the restaurant ( beach facing) was delicious. The hotel is a little away from the city, kinda secluded, it’s recommended for those wanting to unwind, relax and disconnect from the busy hustles…

Highlight of our honeymoon! Absolutely incredible setting. You feel like you're living in the jungle. All staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was amazing. It didn't feel busy by the pool. Pick up was very smooth. I'm not a fan of monkeys so was a bit worried about this but at the hotel it was just the dusky leaf monkeys which were adorable and very peaceful. Highly recommend!!

Soaring Solo

Probably the most stunning resort I have stayed at. The grounds are magical; I enjoyed wandering around every morning and evening looking at the trees and flowers, watching for birds and critters. The accommodations are beautiful; I was happy with the location of mine tucked away from high-traffic areas, but there were some (for example, near the pool or close to the main walkways) where I would not have enjoyed as much. Ask for an “out of the way” room if that would bother you. Excellent and friendly service, from the groundskeepers and beach attendants to the spa and restaurants. There was a diverse selection of meals and restaurants. Some meals I wish were available as half portions; lots of things seemed designed for two or for sharing. I appreciated the selection of teas in the room and the fresh and dried fruit offered daily. Wonderful amenities offered in the bathroom (of note: shampoo AND CONDITIONER, razor and shaving cream, and mosquito repellent). The arrival and departure could use a little improvement. They say it takes “10 minutes” to get from the airport to the dock, but it’s closer to 20 minutes. Then the “10 minute” wait at the dock turned into 30 minutes because we had to wait for others to arrive from the airport. The boat ride to the resort was about 15-20 minutes; once we arrived at the resort, there was no space for the boat to pull in, so it was another 15 minutes of trying to rearrange boats so we could squeeze in. Solo travelers: This is a wonderful location if you’re traveling solo. The beaches can be accessed by the public, although there are security guards who keep non-hotel-guests from accessing the resort property from the public beach. I never felt unsafe. The resort does not offer a solo-friendly room rate.; it’s the same whether you are one person or two, so my rate included round trip airport transfers for two people, breakfast for two people, etc.

It’s an incredible insertion into the jungle! Very relaxing and walkable space, full of vegetation and wildlife. Rooms are very comfortable and well integrated. Good breakfast and spa ( here you can have both good and bad ). Too much air conditioning everywhere ( the difference between outside and inside is insanely big ). Thai restaurant is really good but no on the day when the chef is off. Incredible food at buffets night thai and Grotto.

Amazing hotel with wonderful quiet beach, tropical gardens, fantastic staff, 2 big pools, activity centre with bicycles and kayaks and anything else you wish for. Shuttle bus to nearby town/touristic beach is also available and handy (we got ours booked no problem 1 day in advance). The villas with access to the pool are amazing. The breakfast was amazing and so full of choice, every day different dishes. There also have live music on some nights which was so nice. Special thanks to Beer from breakfast for making our stay special and arranging a last minute birthday cake for my husband on our last day. It made our stay very memorable. We would highly recommend to everyone and would come back if we could. It is a very nice 5* hotel truly caring for their guests.

Check in was a little annoying. Arrived slightly (30 minutes) before check in and was asked to wait in the restaurant (expensive). No problem waiting because I was early. The food was good. Drink was weak with no offer of another. Got my pool access room which was very nice (TV incompatible with iPad). Had to call 30 minutes later asking for my suitcase. The electrical socket right of the bed didn’t work and the security safe also was broken. It did get better from there. The pool was nice and relaxing. There’s not much there within walking distance. Concierge hooked me up with an excellent motorbike rental (Katty). Breakfast buffet was average- for Thai standards. Overall, not bad but under potential.

This is not quite a 5 star hotel. Not that it's bad but it's in it's infancy. Service is friendly but not polished. Amenities are standard. Rooms are pleasant but not outstanding. One thing they have got a handle on is the pricing. They know how to charge for imaginary 5 star service/products. 🤣 We had a late flight and requested a late check out. Without checking a single system the receptionist immediately advised me this was not possible but they could allow us a shower room to freshen up in. It came across as company policy. Overall, a pleasant stay, a very comfortable bed but not one I would return to.

Clean room, nice facilities and good location. The place is a few minutes drive away from the night market. Our group enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was generous and plenty of options. We did not have a chance to swim in the pool. The bar at the pool looks nice and inviting.

Here too, first of all, the staff was super friendly. There was a welcome drink and a cold towel. the room is very nice, clean and spacious. The garden view is more of a hedge, but that's fine. The complex itself is well maintained, not that big, so there were definitely bottlenecks at the pool. What you can possibly complain about is that it is very noisy, the hotel is located next to a mosque and therefore, if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up by the prayer singer. The breakfast isn't that great either. The bread was often very dry and the selection was rather one-sided. but that's a matter of taste. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
