The hotel is nice for the price we paid, but nothing spectacular. For location you’ll have to walk a good bit to go to restaurants and it’s about a 15+ min walk to the beach area. There are a few restaurants next to the hotel, but we didn’t try them. We did have to ask for towels a few times, and the trash wasn’t taken out, but overall the staff were very kind and helpful. And I loved the pool! Breakfast is good but I’d suggest skipping it and eating at Tan cafe or one of the many delicious breakfast spots if you love good coffee and food. I did leave my watch and they were kind enough to mail it to me in Bangkok. Overall a good clean budget stay.

We enjoy our stay in this hotel. Breakfast are delicious. Beautiful swimming pool with amazing view. Transfer are provided for free from hotel to the beach. Rooms are in good condition. Things which I didn't like: -Bedding with big and many stains and holes (even when was changed every 2-3 days) -We booked room with the view on garden (garden is a land with lots of garbage which locals people throws) -Modern hotel with TV which have just couple Thai programs.

It's a good place to stay in terms of rooms which are comfortable but small in size. - Beds are joined so you will get a king size bed but electric plugs falls just below the pillows so people having kids have to be extra cautious.. - property is well maintained - try to get front swimming pool rooms, those have amazing view.. the other side is extremely lame - staff is well mannered and prompt - breakfast is nightmare for vegetarian having just 2 options.. we survived with bread and butter. - Location wise its fine and shops are at walking distance but beach is not visible from here. - faced few air conditioner issues but was resolved promptly. Overall comfortable stay except breakfast

We ennjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and the view from our room was great, it was cool to see the cliffs out our window every morning. The location was nice, if you decide to stay in Ao Nang. It was close enough from the main street that you could walk down to the beach, but off the main road enough that it was quiet. The breakfast was pretty good and we enjoyed the pool a lot. The service was good, but nothing particularly special. One thing that was a little annoying is they wouldn't let you take pool towels back up to your room, so you had to just walk back up dripping wet. Overall it was a good place to stay, but wasn't particularly memorable.

We booked the room with extra bed for 3 people for 2 nights. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room is quite small so I don’t recommend for extra bed. The bathroom is relatively spacious. What needs improvement is CLEANLINESS. - The bedding set and towels still have stains - A/C there is the mold and dust 🤢 Also the parking area under the building are limited, the hotel offers additional parking outside without roof and security.

I'm actually in the hotel, my family and my first night here. We complained to them about how dirty the hotel rooms are, all 3 rooms, they send a security guard to check who seems like he doesn't have a care to the world about how dirty the place is. My mother's asthma reacted as the place is not cleaned or dusted. Please view pictures for confirmation of this. The staff are not helpful at all. I wonder how anyone stays in this hotel, or how this hotel is rated 4 stars. We stayed at Andaman Embrace Patong in Phuket which was way better than this, and the staff was so helpful when we needed something. We didn't have a security guard sent to our rooms who walks away when we still talking to them. This hotel should actually take some tips from them, the furniture is absolutely old, bathrooms are moldy and dirty. It's pathetic, absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this hotel at all and we are at the pool access rooms, which was an upgrade as per our agency but this is like a 1 star hotel. Plus you end up having a cold shower, no hot water at all. Plus the safe they have in the room, doesn't work.

Great hotel. Nice room clean and in a quiet area without disturbance from cars. Basic breakfast and 2 swimming pools available. The one on the top floor is great. Recommended.

Nice place to stay in karabi. Book pool side rooms which give you feel like luxury. Room service is good. Staff is friendly. There are 4 pools which are great. Kids pool is also available. There is also a pool on top surrounding nature

First of all you should be aware before booking, that there is construction work and it is very noisy!!! They start after 8.00 am. Even the swimming pool is really nice You cannot enjoy it because of the noise or use headphones. To get to the hotel from the street you need to go uphill ~ 30-45° and it's not very easy if you are not fit well or have some physical impairments. In general the hotel is nice but very old. It was a problem to take a shower, as it is very old again and does not work well . But I really liked the service in the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms was great. Breakfast is good, you have a choice.

Terrible location. It’s an uphill hotel. No tuktuk or taxi goes to the lobby of the hotel. We had to carry our luggage uphill. Really bad experience. Hotel staff did not assist us even. I had parents with me. I was so embarrassed. Waste of money

A nice family-friendly resort with spacious land area fronting the beach, although view is obstructed from the overgrown trees by the roadside nearby. Big pools with slides, and kiddies room available to keep the kids happy and entertained. 24hr gym, nice simple rooms with big balconies and rooms with pool access. Very good location. Recommended!

Conveniently located on the side of the town. Some rooms with direct access to the pool. Two large pools and plenty of play equipment if you have children. The hotel also has 3 water slides and a kids play centre. Meals are reasonably priced and breakfasts a well appointed for fussy eaters. I would highly recommend this hotel to families. If you are looking for a family hotel where you spend the day lounging around the pool and like to spend time mostly at the hotel. I found the standards were quite good also. Front desk assisted with all enquiries promptly and gave advice on transport option.

Location is very good...Right on the beach side...Ao nang night Market is just 500 metres away...restaurants ,shops everything is in walkable distance....But... The property is too old and not maintained properly. The water in the bathroom was not draining properly, Sofas are stained with filth and room has a moldy feel to it. The Cupboards in the bathroom were broken and misaligned. Lastly the service, they tried to check us out one hour before as they had some other bookings after us..the bell boy came up at around 11 ( checkout time is 12) and asked us if everything's packed. Had to tell him we will only checkout at 12 on the dot and we did. Buffet had good spread but taste was average.. the view from the breakfast restaurant is good as it overlooks the beach. Pool is good but too crowded. Advise to the hotel...do some maintenance

Decent place located about 500 meters from main beach. Happening street. Several eateries and bars close by. Breakfast is good and includes a few Indian items. Room size is quite small. Pool is just fine. Kids room keeps children busy. An overall good stay.

Wonderful resort. Staff is Very good.its near to beach. Market and all Indian restaurants are at a walking distance. Food is good. The Margherita pizza was awesome. The swimming pool and gym are very well maintained.
