I had the most incredible experience at this hotel last summer that I will cherish forever. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, but something truly magical happened during my stay – I met the love of my life right here at this hotel.
The hotel itself was lovely, with beautiful rooms and fantastic amenities, but it was the special moment of meeting my partner that made this place unforgettable. The atmosphere of the hotel was so romantic, and everything came together perfectly for us to connect and fall in love.
I am eternally grateful to this hotel for bringing us together, and we have decided to come back every year to celebrate the anniversary of the day we met. This place will always hold a special meaning in our hearts, and we cannot wait to create more memories here in the future. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so wonderful and for being a part of our love story.

Cheep and cheerful.
3 nights at £87 upgraded to all inclusive for extra £28 a night
Rooms are plain and clean. Bathroom has selection of sanitation towels act, shampoos, razors even cotton buds you’d think we were in a 5* establishment.
Restaurant has variety of different foods catering for all. The food was really good packed with taste and flavour.
Can’t fault the bars at all. You ask and you’ll get! Self service soft drinks and beers you only need to ask for spirits, cocktails at the bar.
Pool was warm enough for time of year and plenty of sun beds available.
The entertainment is a downfall tho. Altho considering the price we’ve paid it’s to be expected something wouldn’t be as good. Not to worry tho had beach with entertainment bars is a 5 minute walk.

The marketing photos of this hotel do not reflect reality. Although the rooms are kept very clean the overall hotel is very dated, right out of the 1980s package holiday era. A third of the staff seem miserable in their jobs, the rest are amazing, especially housekeeping and in the sports bar. I was all-inclusive and strangely there are no validity checks at meal times so anyone could walk in off the street and have free meals. I found this very odd. The food was good, fresh and varied, however the meal experience is more akin to a holiday camp / school dinners than a gourmet dining experience, as advertised on the glass wall upon entry. The location of the hotel is good and in a relatively quiet position close to the seafront.

Do not bother staying here, especially if you are all inclusive.
The rooms are awful, one plug in the whole room - bring an extension lead! There is NO air con, just a fan that makes an awful noise (bring ear plugs). We are sleeping with the door open, which is not ideal at all. Only positive is that the rooms get ‘cleaned’ everyday and you can easily get new towel.
Key cards do not work, have had to go down multiple times to get them to re-activate. Tried to tell me it’s because it’s next to a metal device (I.e phone), which it has not been.
All inclusive drinks options are not clear. The booze tastes nasty. Asked for a cocktail and they said no, we have a choice of about 4 which are premade. Usually one bar staff on in the evening and they look like they hate their job.
Food is meh, we’ve hardly ate here. Snack bar is very poor. Deserts are probably the best part of the meals.
Reception staff are very stand offish, and, again, look like they hate life. Slagging off others in their own language whilst we were trying to check in. Awful welcome! No option to get water as what they give is from the tap.
Don’t fancy going in the pool, kids seem to enjoy it. Entertainment in the evening is standard, nothing really going on in this hotel to make you want to stay around. Location is ideal, short walk to the beach front.
Wanted a shower before we left, honestly worst facilities ever. Didn’t think it could get worse. Two showers, one in each ladies and men toilet, were horrific and disgusting. No locks on doors, wires hanging from ceiling, shower head broken. After a week of all inclusive to get treated like that. Awful hotel.

Quite possibly the worst Hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in.
Booked a cheeky week away for some Winter Sun - I know it is 3 Star, but was not prepared for the smelly room (of drains constantly) - complained to reception 3 times, they said they were "full" - which they obviously were not due to the scant amount of guests knocking around.
Beds were ancient with mattresses with springs sticking through.
Rooms were very "1970" style.
Bath (with shower) was almost impossible to enter unless you were an Olympic athlete, and they were informed upfront that my partner had walking disabilities.
Food. Barely warm, bland - not great - but to be fair not terrible.
Pool area - quite nice, could benefit with cushions on seats though.
All Inclusive, was OK to be fair, although the inside Hotel Bar was like an arcade for kids - the Pool Bar closed prompt at 6PM (even though a sign stated 24:00 hours)
Location - great !!! It was easy to walk into town to get some better food.
I have been completely honest with my review here, and would never stay here again. Spend a bit more folks and get a better hotel. Thought I was getting a decent deal with the All Inclusive package, and although I enjoyed the beer and wine (too much) - I would never set foot in this hole again..
