Private bungalow with beachfront view. The surroundings have a lot of trees and garden which makes it less hot. Cosy and quiet. The only downside is there is little food, you have to travel several km to get local food

nice place for retreating and healing your broken soul. Friendly staff. Bougainvillea everywhere, so you can take many nice photos. I do think the price is very reasonable

The resort has an excellent beachfront location. While the rooms (bungalows) exhibit some wear, they remain in decent condition. The shower room is particularly spectacular. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes, although the taste might not meet high expectations. The staff is attentive and responsive. There's a recurring delay with the electric trams, but the pleasant garden encourages us to enjoy the walk.

All you can eat breakfast each morning included. Around $50 USD per night/per person. Beach access was decent, no-one bothering us for lotto tickets or outside food while eating, no bribes either. Good service. I think movie night was every second night. Wifi was great, speed test was around 80mbs, Rooms were awesome, outdoor shower, ac on all the time. Infinity pool was great.
Side tip, look at a shuttle bus from ho chi city $10-15 USD. Ac and wifi included. To and from resort.
The only negatives, locals will come on the resort for Instagram shot's usually stay the night which is ok, no designated kid areas.... Adult area exclusively would be nice.

rooms are slightly dated but kept in good condition still.
parts of the beach are rocky but should be enough sandy area for everyone unless the hotel is fully booked
TV service is bare (local), this shouldnt matter but it can be nice when you have kids.
overall great vibe and service, especially compared to prices around here. The two pools were clean and staffed, heated at night
