Start of season so very quiet 3-10 May24. Rarely even background music in seasky bar at night. One entertainment night, Greek music and audience dancing but nothing else to keep you in the hotel so we had to walk to town every night. Probably our fault for booking early on reflection. Food OK. As with buffet style sometimes not hot enough. I saw a microwave so that's possibly an option for some. Soups, salads, fruit, deserts and ice cream all good. Several meats, rice, potatoes, veg and of course chips and pasta! Sad to say the staff were in the main just polite and professional...not personable. The bar is especially where you expect some atmosphere and a cheery face but that wasn't the case sadly. Both young ladies were efficient but that was all. Hotel receptionist was cheery and very helpful. Location on the beach was the best aspect by far. Stunning view and proximity to the sea.

We have just had the best time. The hotel is lovely in a perfect spot right on tsilivi beach which is stunning safe and clear. There are 2 big pools, loads of sunloungers and parasols. The room was clean well fitted with everything we needed including a mini fridge. The cleaners were in daily. The food was excellent 👌🏻 with something for everyone all cooked to perfection. The staff are polite friendly and so efficient. Everyone speaks English and is really helpful. The snack bar had a good selection allday and the drinks were generous to say the least. The evening entertainment is very loud in the bar and not particularly modern but the man's friendly and tries hard. Highly recommend a visit Thankyou for making out holidays perfect!

We had a really nice stay at this Hotel. We were delighted with our upgrade to a sea view room, which was lovely with all you needed. Good bathroom, comfortable beds, modern furnishings and a smart TV. The hotel itself was modern, with two nice pools and good comfortable sun beds. With the pool deck bar, it was easy to spend a day in the sun. We were there early in the season and had a quiet relaxed holiday. The food could have been better and warmer, but there was always something nice to eat and a great selection of salads. The food could have been labelled to help selection. Sweets and cakes were very good. The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to help with any questions, particularly the guest relations manager. (We left behind a jacket on leaving and it was easily located and retrieved.) The room was regularly cleaned and we were well looked after during our stay. The hotel is located on the beach slightly away (10 minute walk), from the main road restaurants, bars and shops

Wonderful location, beautiful views and directly on the beach. This hotel is only a short walk into town to witch the town is quiet and chilled during the day but vibrant at night. On the negative the food is a bit repetitive and half always hot, and the entertainment is lacking which is a shame to an otherwise immaculate hotel with friendly staff and great rooms. I'd recommend here for the price in relevance to its location others are twice the price for the hotel area.

The rooms were not as expected from the photos. Lights weren't working and the cleaning was a disaster! When we arrived the beds were full of sand and hair and the reception couldn't do anything because the cleaning staff had gone home for the day. It wasn't until I got really angry that they offered us another room for the night (that also had sand in the beds). The rest of the week they only changed our sheets one time and some days they didn't even clean, only took the trash. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel and I travel a lot all over the world. The food wasn't good either, I know that I shouldn't expect too much from all inclusive but when fish, meat and chicken tastes exactly the same, it's a red flag. The staff were lazy and not that friendly. The breakfast started at 7am but most items wasn't available until around 9, and it closed 9.30.. Hotel does not deserve the 4 stars, it's maximum 3 stars and they should really look over their staff. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone actually.
