We spent 8 nights at this place with my niece (12yo), generally very happy. Nice and clean pool, bar by the pool with traditional happy hour and on a spot you can order food and drinks and jump back to the pool after nice meal. I stayed at the couple of other hotels after that and only Yama was serving mango for breakfast. Even though it felt like they had many guests we often had pool for ourselves. Something to keep in mind - it is located on a hill and we always used hotel transfers or taxi to the beach. Boris was always there to help Russian guests and all stuff nice and friendly. I would stay again.

The service at the hotel was amazing. From the reception when we arrived. The staff was very kind and helpful.room has all amenities, very clean and relaxing. There are absolutely no complaints. The service was also very quick. The security was also good and helped us with locating drivers when we needed them. All the staff were amazing, especially Tong and Momay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I stayed 7nights here with my partner and it was a nice experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming all the time. The service also was great. The breakfast was reasonable but it could include more options. However, the hotel is a bit far from the centre and the shuttle could be around every hour in the afternoons instead of only 3pm and 6pm.

The hotel is beautiful inside, they take great care of making it look neat and clean. Reception staff are friendly and accommodating especially Mook who has a great smile, great personality and made sure our stay was amazing and comfortable. Pool area is great including everyday happy hour for cocktails. Thank you for everything The Yama Hote.l

I enjoyed attending the cooking class and the yoga class at the yama hotel! Chef Tiger is fantastic in explaining the steps of the process and his attention to detail is marvelous. I want to become a chef now. Sunset on the rooftop has a stunning view. I was lucky to experience the yoga class with my mom! Everyone at the hotel is very welcoming and nice. The front desk helps with transportation to the airport and to the beach. The hotel is about 5 mins away from Kata beach.
