We went with my wife and we were very pleased. The cleanliness and food was very good, but we were most pleased with the helpfulness of the staff👍. reception staff helped with everything🙏🏻, Thank you very much to one club hotel, see you again in June 🙋🏻‍♂️😊

Very unimpressed with this hotel. The hotel is definitely in need of modernisation and attention, I heard it was last renovated in 2013 and you can definitely tell! The food was absolutely awful, we went out virtually every evening for food despite being all inclusive, costing us a lot more. Breakfast was very basic, not even a toaster in sight. Lunch was always some sort of chicken casserole that looked completely inedible and was clearly reused for dinner time. Our shower had mould all over it and there was a foul smell coming from the drains. WiFi was very intermittent, being down for hours at a time. One person we met on the holiday was treated absolutely awfully by the owner of the hotel when she asked for a new room as hers didn’t even have fresh sheets on the beds and was waiting 8 hours after her flight to be able to check in! Martin who owns the bar was absolutely amazing and made the holiday for us. The pool facilities were okay but this hotel is definitely not a 4 star! Save your money and book elsewhere.

Don't expect this to be a 4 star hotel as it is definitely not, it is more like a 2 star at a push. I have stayed in 3 star hotels with a better selection of food without the flies. We read reviews and we did consider cancelling but we thought we would give it a chance, however all the reviews are true. Martin the barman being the only saviour to making your holiday a little better. The manager is arrogant and has no time for his guests. I would give this place a wide birth.

No such thing as all inclusive; only 4 local alcoholic drinks free up to 10:30pm, thereafter you pay for these as well as premium brands. No ice-creams for kids Snacks are limited to 5:00pm to 6pm and not as advertised; what’s on offer is dry cake and bread. Safe in the room is chargeable….not inclusive. Flies on the food; restaurant resembles a large cafe space with diner tables. Food selection is basic; one day breakfast consisted on some churned up cauliflower, white sauce and peas…..for breakfast! No pots of yoghurt. Food is obviously prepared on a shoestring budget. Booked in with my daughter, only to be given a room with one double bed. Not ideal as she is a teenager sharing a bed with her father. I did complain and currently wait the outcome. Other guests report similar situations. Wouldn’t suggest this was a 4* hotel, more like 3*……cheap and cheerful but if you want quality you need to pay extra for it, and that means taking a taxi ride/walk into town.

Glamorous hostel is all I can say The basic of hotels I have ever been to. Staff do not understand English very much so if anything is said to reception they do not really understand. Rooms livable but no hangers, fridge wasn't working, lightbulbs not working and nor the TV The food is perfect for the locals they love it but English, no. Breakfast is boiled eggs salad, bread (no toaster) and stew with potatoes. Lunch, chicken stew with pasta, rice or chips salad same as breakfast and bread but no butter. Dinner, same as lunch but also soup with bread and again no butter Salad is on a marble serving table but nothing is cold, not on ice. There are choices of one machine for powdered juice, a coffee machine and Turkish tea. After noon snack is Pastry biscuits. There is a water machine outside the restaurant door. There is no gardener so everything you see online is a picture of when it first opened. We have been very disappointed with this hotel and I really am not a person to complain about Turkish hotels but this is just a glorified hostel.
