Nice hotel, good location and family friendly but definitely not recommended for couples looking for a quiet getaway. We chose a Royal Studio Pool Access Room thinking it would give us a degree of privacy but no it just provided other guests with another walkway and somewhere to sit whilst using the pool. As for the room; the bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of storage areas. The lounge (sofa) needed a good clean as did the shower recess. The air-conditioning was uncomfortably cold even when set as instructed. Staff at PIAK restaurant were always friendly as were the ones on reception. Other staff seemed more focused on families and other nationalities and appeared to ignore us completely.

We’ve been so happy to stay here. Location right on the beach is brilliant. The hotel is nice and clean and has a very relaxed atmosphere. There are guests from all over the world which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are large and nice and have plenty of storage options. The beds are really comfortable and water pressure in the shower is good. The morning buffet has the largest selection I have ever seen. The restaurants are decent and nice, though nothing extraordinary like I truly find the rest of the hotel. Staff is amazing. A special thanks to Nikki who helped us after a minor incident and checked up on us twice after. We would definitely come here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights! It's very family friendly! The pools & gardens are lovely. The breakfast buffet was amazing at Piaks kitchen. The staff were very attentive & Chefs made tasty, quality foods. This resort has a 'fun' atmosphere & plenty of activities during the day. My child loved the Teens club and did bead making. The rooms are quite modern and beds are comfortable! There is a Tops mini mart across the road from the resort. The beach is also lovely to swim in. This resort exceeded my expectations! 🙂

This hotel is perfect for young families. The rooms are a tiny bit dated but have everything you need. Having said that, the staff are fantastic and the on site facilities and the proximity to the beach (the hotel complex is directly next to the beach) more than make up for any minor issue with the room. The breakfast offering is superb and I would thoroughly recommend an early morning walk along the beach as the sun rises. Absolutely stunning and something I will never forget. 🤩

CAR LOS
While the hotel boasts the best beachfront location, unfortunately, the experience is marred by rude guests who tarnish the hotel's reputation and leave all staff looking visibly disheartened. Despite the stunning setting, the atmosphere is soured by the behavior of some patrons. It's disheartening to see such a beautiful place overshadowed by discourteous guests. Management should address this issue to ensure a more pleasant stay for future visitors and maintain the hotel's reputation…
