We just got home from our visit and we had the best time! Our shuttle driver was AMAZING and really made our trip so much more enjoyable, right from the time our plane landed! The staff is so welcoming and helpful and answered all of my questions, including "what kind of fruit is this?" The concierges are the BEST! The food was DELICIOUS and the spirits flowed morning through night! The rooms were the COOLEST! Private, spacious, and nestled in a tropical garden of peace and tranquility! Everything was clean and modern and comfortable! And the private beach??? PERFECTION!! We will be back again and again!

My wife and I just had our honeymoon, 2yr wedding anniversary and her birthday (no numbers required :)) all wrapped into one vacation and Sunset at the Palms was just what we needed. We enjoyed our drivers each way to/from Montego Bay and every single staff experience and each and every meal. The room, secluded. The beach, secluded. If you are a party animal, don't come here. If you want to enjoy the person you are traveling with, definitely come here.

My wife and I had a wonderful week at Sunset at the Palms. The staff were incredibly attentive and anticipated our every need. The food was a perfect mix of traditional Jamaican dishes and favorites from around the world. The excursions offered some great chances to get off the resort for an adventure day. The YS Falls/Black River Tour, snorkeling, and catamaran to Rick's were all well worth the price. The property itself is a beautiful garden setting with a variety of flora and fauna to enjoy. It was a truly incredible tropical vacation, and we hope to go back someday.

Gorgeous resort with warm, friendly staff. The grounds were well maintained and rooms were comfortable and spacious. It was like living in a botanical garden. Quiet and lovely as it was an adults only. Felt very secluded and peaceful. Beautiful renovated pool (Sept 2023) and pool bar, Great gym and spa. Loved the meandering paths on the grounds that brought you to open and private spaces. The bamboo plantings were spectacular. Cute tiny gift shop with just enough to cover what you want/need. Food: Fantastic job on the buffet and special dinner nights you had to reserve in advance. Beach night was fun and it was amazing to have our dinner out there to change things up. Plenty of Jamaican fare that had low (heat) spice levels but definitely lots of flavour. Lots of non-spicy food as well and variety. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner on the property. Beach BBQ had daily specials and a small but delicious selection of food. Drink: Definitely if you love coffee, this is the place. Always well made from regular drip brew to specialty coffees. Lots of alcoholic beverages of course but strength varies by bartender. You are absolutely allowed to ask for more or less strong and will get exactly what you want. The juices in the morning were my go to. So many lovely new fruit flavours. Service: So warm and friendly. Very accommodating and there seem to be many regulars that come and I completely understand why. Piano bar was a joy and so was the reggae band. Lifeguards were amazing on the beach as well as all the waitstaff. Beach: Private beach across the street from the property. It was totally easy. Bring all your stuff, settle down and magical beach time. We walked by other resorts and it would be as long or longer to get their beachfront even though they were right on the water. Water was warm and amazing, fairly shallow and it was so great to have shade or sun as you please and not be jammed in like at the other resorts. The appeal to come back is enormous. It was delightful and relaxing.

What a beautiful hidden gem. This resort will not disappoint. Relaxation to the max! The most gorgeous beachfront. The rooms are so exotic. A real chance to experience the culture of Negril. Brenda is your girl for a massage! Paul is your man at the piano bar. Thank you Sunset at the Palms. I loved it all ❤️❤️❤️
