I’ve travelled all over the world and stayed at all sorts of different hotels and resorts. The service, food, and staff here at the Marriott are just superb. I had a major issue (that had nothing to do with the hotel), and the assistance I received was simply top notch. Carlos and Sharon were exceptionally professional and helpful. Carlos, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that I received white-glove attention. I personally know a few resort owners, and I hope that the Marriott pays him very well, because he could easily be recruited!

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Caribbean feel and look. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is great the restaurant options are abundant. You can't go wrong at this place. Everything about it was top-notch.

I had a great time at this hotel. My family really didn't have to leave the resort in order to enjoy themselves. There are restaurants on the premises and a few walking distance away from the hotel. The staff was friendly towards me, but the women were sometimes caddy towards my son's mom. There were a few hiccups that kind of perturbed me. First, the online brochure stated to have microwaves in the rooms, but when we arrived, we were told that there were no microwaves in the rooms and if one was wanted it would cost 5 dollar per day for usage. Secondly, when we purchased the vacation, we assumed everyone was included in the package; instead, we got charged an additional 50 dollars per day for my 9 year old upon leaving the resort. I didn't get a chance to hit the casino, but it seemed lively from the outside. I probably would come back to Marriott, but I wish that the online information was a bit more upfront on services and fees.

We purchased day passes while stopped in St. Kitts on a cruise ship. They were only $49 for adults and kids 12 and under were free. We had access to the pool and beach, which were fantastic. It was a great break from the cruise ship and a fun way to spend the day. If you're looking for a great relaxing day in St. Kitts, it's a prefect and affordable option! I did hear that there are limited passed available each day, so jump on it early if you're coming in on a cruise.

Of all the places we have visited in the Caribbean, this is so far our favourite! The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a number of good restaurants, but it is also easy to walk to a number of other places. The beech is lovely and uncrowded with a beautiful view of three peaks nearby. And of course, the hotel staff is friendly and very kind, and the entire place had a nice comfortable laid-back feel to it. But what we liked most was the diversity represented in the hotel guests; it wasn't just a bunch of fat old white people! There were young, old, black, white, brown, Asian, and everything, and we are much more comfortable with a mix of people and backgrounds.
