Pools all way too deep 1.7m on average. Food was awful. Entertainment team great but needed to be on longer then 30mins of an evening for the kids entertainment. Didn't see the mascots all week! Location was fine, 10min walk to the harbour and beach but quite a quiet town with not much going on for kids. We prefer a few bars with softplays and playparks around the area. We won't return to this hotel or area.

Great entertainment and staff team. The kids loved the club where they did painting, games, arts and crafts. The pools are clean but if children can't swim you need to go in with them and get armbands as they are deep. The splash zone is great. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the resort is lovely. Its close to cuitudella and a the Marina is beautiful. The only issue we had was the food. The food does have a variety of options and is fine to eat but the staff need to be trained more in different countries foods. They need to taste proper British food because when they cook things like sausage, nuggets, burgers etc it doesn't taste like they have the right products. It's edible and nobody was sick but its just a bit bland/processed rather than fresh. They need to put lids over fruit and the salads to avoid fruit flies. But other than that we did have a wonderful stay. :)

We stayed here for a week in June 2023 with our three year old son. He loved the children's play area, the splash park and the smaller quieter pool in the garden area where we could do some proper swimming with armbands and a noodle. Lots of children around the same age so plenty of friends for him to make, a good spread of nationalities, lots of British families but play is international and it's beautiful to see them all play together even though they don't all necessarily speak the same language.
I read on previous reviews about the food being cold in the restaurant but we never came across anything cold. A good selection catering for lots of different nationalities, the bread and salads were always really fresh. Our three year old didn't go hungry.
Snack bar was kept stocked all day with toasties, pizza, chips, ice creams, crisps, fruit etc.
My only negative was that the drinks queue for the bars could get very busy, with two bar persons working. If this ratio stays the same I think July/August could get really busy with a long wait. If they could make some of the soft drinks self-service that could make it better.
All in all, a great holiday, the hotel is definitely great for pre-school age children I would recommend it.

Stayed 7 nights in this hotel, and even though we paid for all-inclusive, we ate out a lot of the time because the food was terrible! Stale, out of date food was served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My 2 year old struggled to eat a chicken nugget because it was stale like it had been cooked days before it was served. My partner picked up a custard to find that it was very clearly out of date and inedible.
Putting the terrible food issues aside...
The hotel rooms and pool areas themselves were good and great for a kids' holiday. Evening entertainment was decent, although the kids' disco wasn't suitable for toddlers, and the location of the hotel is great for distance to the beach and even walking down to the pier.
The food served was bad enough for me not to recommend this hotel to anyone, and we won't be back again.
Thank you to the reception staff for being helpful and friendly. (We had no contact with any other staff)

Hotel could do with a revamp
All inclusive this hotel is not!!
Mini bar will only be stocked if you pay extra on top of paying for an all inclusive holiday.
Even water is not available in your room.
No tea / coffee making facilities in your room.
For drinks at bar/snack bar you may need to queue anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.
Safe has a charge of £3 per day.
Beach illustrated with hotel has a 18 euro charge for 2 sunbeds.per day.
Even raising these issues stated the customer service manager replied “ well this is Sol”
He promised to get water put in our room but this did not happen.
Very disappointed!!
Not the holiday we expected.
