We booked this hotel, and send an email to ensure our needs are ok, Yet, the hotel confirmed that they have electrical car chargers. Once we arrived, the hotel has old chargers for Tesla only, they cannot support new electrical cars like Mercedes and others. The manager instead of apologizing, started making excuses totally ridiculous. The hotel is old, tight parking no charger for electrical car.

Visited: Dec 2017 Overall rate for #SofitelAgadir: 7,5/10 Hotel: 7,5/10 - nice architecture, very cozzy but Christmas tree in the middle of main hall looked a bit wired :-) - service/stuff/security is a strong point - good breakfasts - good location for trips around the city - the building is huge so it takes time to get from the room to the beach ;) Room: 7/10 (see and swimming pool view) - room looked a bit old but clean. - good quality of equipment (incl. TV) - nice bathroom, good equipped Service: 8/10 Service/security at very good level. Feel safe. Breakfast: 8/10 Good quality of some products. Local products :-) Fresh fruits Great Moroccan tea Other: - nice beach with security, fully equipped - beachball court - bar at the beach - great swimming pool with bar/restaurant

It was a good 5 days business stay rooms were small no balcony, the rooms was cleaned daily friendly staff most spoke little English but they understood. At the bar very slow service waiting time for a drink is about 10min to 30mins and when you got the drinks there was missing basic condiments like order a tea no sugar or no spoon. Good range of food nicely presented and tasted great. Overall a good stay just very slow service.

First impressions good security beautiful entrance, full with live music ambient lighting. polite staff all most Every staff member says hello , they understand English fairly well , breakfast is 🔥lit , views of the pool and ocean 🔥lit. Built-in club at night 🔥lit. I like th fact that the bird's in the hotel gave it that #moroccan style vibe I honestly wanted to give it a 5 star but.. What I didn't like was the fact that my door key had to get changed 3 times 😑 and the electric in my room cut out 1day . Tut tut. But the solid 4 🌟 Well done #sofitel

I stayed with my family in this hotel for the first time. I booked a luxury room facing the beach and the pool. Upon check in i was surprised as the hotel looked even better than the photos. The lobby is magical and the staff spoke English and played with my children. We felt like home. The food was very tasty and the service is 7 stars. The staff were friendly to us throughout the stay. Thank you all.
