We loved our holiday at the Sheraton Fuerteventura! I am so surprised at some of the negative comments. Yes the hotel is slightly dated but it is well built, so rooms are spacious and very quiet, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We were delighted with the view from our third floor sea view room and enjoyed the covered shady balcony and comfy furniture. For us the food was by far the best buffet breakfast and dinner we have experienced in the canaries. Lunch at the veranda slightly slower but also nice. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are always managers checking on quality in the restaurants. The kids club was fantastic and mermaid experience made our daughter’s holiday! The only suggestion would to have more girl friendly options in the maxi club as they are all very sporty and aimed at boys. Entertainment was also good with lots of variety and the bar service excellent. We will definitely return!

Great hotel. Lovely clean facilities. Staff all great. Of note was Olga and the rest of the animation team, the bar staff (pool and reception bar), and the restaurant staff. Everybody, from the manager to the maid, always had a nice smile and passed the time of day and help. Facilities excellent, from the rooms to restaurant, to the toilets and daily entertainment was great. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is great and would recommend it! The staff is very responsive, very kind, always with a smile, the rooms are quite big with great view, very clean and have everything you need in it. The food is excellent too. The only thing that would be helpful is to put a sign on the check in and check out baggage room.

The hotel itself is faultless. I think the room we had is called a garden suite which is stunning, enormous and includes a whirlpool bath and a walk in wardrobe. (My wife was so happy.) The facilities are excellent, the grounds and pool area are beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout outs to Olga and Aaron from the animation teams. The breakfast buffet has literally everything you could want and is lovely. The lunches at The Veranda are ok if unremarkable. The evening buffet is I’m afraid, of a disappointingly poor standard. There’s a decent selection, but uninspired and generally not enjoyable. Considering it’s a Sheraton, all the members of our party agreed, it’s really not good enough! Conversely, we went to the hotel’s A La Carte restaurant and that was absolutely fantastic. Wonderful tasty dishes, beautifully cooked and classily presented. Fabulous!! Thankfully, we’ve had a lovely stay despite the culinary disappointment! Improve your food here Sheraton and you’ve got a winner!!

Fantastic hotel, great all round facilities and pool. Further, the staff are all amazing. The location is perfect, situated at the back of a lovely beach. The promenade provides a lovely walk to many food spots, another lovely beach and a great little shopping centre. All in all, great value in a lovely location!
