We winter in Murcia so a short drive to here. Our second time in 1 month. Fantastic value for money. Excellent buffet restaurant. Super staff. Arrived on Mother's day and given room 1612 without requesting it. Sea views are amazing. Thank you so much RH Hotels.

This hotel is perfect. It's in a perfect area and also the hotel is brilliant as the rooms are good sized with multiple choices at food times! I would definitely recommend to others!

I stayed at the RH Princesa from Tuesday 19th December until 26th December 2023. I have previously stayed at this hotel back in 2016. We travelled as a grown up family of three with Tui on an all inclusive (silver) board. When we checked in the receptionist gave us the incorrect room, we had paid for a family room and instead they tried to put us in a small standard room for two people with a sofa bed. We complained to reception and they apologised and gave us the room we had paid for. Both the incorrect room and the room we had paid for were not set up for three people, only two towels, two chairs on the balcony, two cups/glasses. I should not have to ask for my own towel in a 4 star hotel. Room was very clean. It was not too noisy but thankfully we have quiet people next door both sides. We got the sun in the morning only on the balcony. When we arrived I was shocked how many babies and young child there were we traveled as three grown up adults and as we usually stay in adult only hotels it was very noisy for us. The restaurant would benefit from an adults only section as not everyone wants to be surrounded by screaming children. We noticed there was also a lot of Spanish that stayed at this hotel and they were quite loud. 2 of the 3 of us came down with a sickness bug I believe there was something going round the hotel as we witnessed other guests vomiting outside the hotel. I did not report our sickness to the hotel. However the hotel was very clean. The Christmas buffet was very good on Christmas Day and throughout the food was absolutely excellent. The all inclusive drinks were okay. You do not get bottles they instead give you drinks from the machine unless you upgrade to gold. The terrace was lovely and a sun trap but too many people smoking on it, in 2023 I would expect this to be smoke free specially considering the amount of young children at the hotel. The hotel was too noisy for us and we won’t be looking at returning. I do like the RH brand and I think instead we will look at staying at RH Royal (adults only) as that hotel seemed more suited to us when we visited it to have a look around. I would not stay here if you are a solo traveler or an adult family or couple. This is definitely a family hotel with young families and children.

Great experience stayed a number of times only down fall is young girls walking around in bar earache and restaurants with swimwear on not covered up showing everything. And no restaurants for early morning g check out
