Nice hotel and excellent staff. My friend arrived a day after me and was added onto my booking. Ahmet at reception was excellent in sorting a bigger room for us in a busy period. Reception team is always there to help. Clean and up to date rooms Good facilities Nice for families Working in the hospitality industry myself, I must say a pleasant get-away provided by very hard working staff. They should be proud of themselves. Note: not all staff speak fluent English, speak slowly and be respectful. :)

Stayed here for a week and I can’t fault this hotel, it’s beautiful inside and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so clean even in the restaurant they are walking around and making sure the area around is clean and presentable, when you sit down at your table and if someone sees you don’t have any drinks yet they are right there asking if you want anything to save you queuing at the bar. We had a family room and it was huge so much space and cleaned every day. There is a mini bar with water and some soft drinks which are all completely free which is a nice touch and restocked everyday. The food was also amazing I’m a fussy eater and every night there was a lot to choose from, the only negative I would say about the food is for me I felt there wasn’t a lot of option at breakfast time but again that could just be a preference thing since I’m not a fan of all the pastries. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we said we’d stay there again and since coming home that answer hasn’t changed in fact we were actually a little disappointed we were only there for a week and not 10 days.

Even thought we stayed at the sister's hotel opposite Ramada, we enjoyed the experience Ramda had to offer, the swimming, the events at the pool, the variety of food is unbelievable. The staff are also ready to help. The only nit picking I have is the swimming pool is too cold but the service we received over shadowed it all, the location was excellent. The staffs were excellent

What a wholesome and fun experience that was. A superb hotel, clean, welcoming and with an incredible selection of food, almost none stop each day. Very well presented, very well looked after and serviced to maximise comfort. Even though it was out of season, everything was done to ensure our stay was fun and comfortable. Hayley and Sofa from the animation team were a great laugh, providing the games and entertainment throughout even the rainy days. The facilities were superb. The indoor pool provided more than enough space and fun on the days when the sun didn't shine. The bar staff and waiting on services were exceptional. Cleaning, attentive. Reception and guest relations, very helpful. If I was pushed to offer constructive criticism, it would only be to say that something more could be offered for teenage guests to do in the evening. Perhaps just a pool table or two, so that they can get to know each other and bond during their stays. 10/10 will definitely stay again.

Food was amazing. Rooms were good and the staff was extremely helpful. The only negative thing I can say is that this is a little far from the city but there are direct buses that go to the city and a taxi is always there to take you. If you want to stay away from the city there are multiple entertainment options provided within the hotel and at the beach which is hardly a 5 minute walk from the lobby. Overall I would love to come back again any time.
