Room: Booked the ocean-front villa. The room is spacious and very well laid out! The bed is firm but not hard and has a cotton mattress topper. The bed is surprisingly comfortable and the best you’ll find in Asia which are notoriously hard. The bathroom has a separate shower and large tub with jets. However, the water pressure is so weak it took hours to fill the tub. Internet speed could be improved as well. The cleaning crew was wonderful and always made sure we had enough water. For management: The air conditioners are very old and need to be replaced immediately! The AC coils froze-over making the unit unusable in 43°C (110° F) weather. There is nothing to be done once a unit has reached this point so eat the cost now before you have a lot of unhappy guests. Noise: Although the ocean villas share a wall, we did not hear any noise from our neighbors. Very private and peaceful stay! Restaurant: The breakfast buffet is unexceptional and crowded at all hours. Hand sanitizer should be enforced as we both got sick after hearing lots of people coughing and sneezing during breakfast. Based on reviews, we stuck to Western dishes at the restaurant and went out for Thai food. The club and burger are safe choices as well as the Caesar salad with less dressing. Check out Takiang Restaurant for Thai, friendly owners and amazing curries! Pool: Nice size and layout with a swim-up bar. However, it was so hot outside in April, the water was disappointingly warm as well. Location: The hotel is in a great location! Located right on the beach and walking or biking distance to restaurants and shops. Ask guest services for the complimentary bicycle rental!

Resort with its own beach, quiet and central. Beautiful garden. Large breakfast buffet. Almost no Russians, Ukrainians and Chinese. Practically only German-speaking guests (D, AU, CH,...). Air conditioning noise acceptable. Very friendly staff.

Our stay at the Ramada resort was wonderful from the lovely girls on reception who always had a smile for you and did everything to they could to help you 🙂 Breakfast was lovely we had quite a few meals in the restaurant which was also Good 🙂 The boys and girls the pool bar were great 🍺The resort itself was beautiful and pool was lovely very pretty and being a beach front location was amazing The Room we booked was an Oasis room which was lovely We did ask if there were any available rooms on the ground floor The next day we were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe Jet Bath Room which was much appreciated as it was easier for me walking on the flat it again was lovely I can’t really find any faults with this lovely resort We Hope to be back with you next April Thank you once again to you and your staff for giving us a wonderful Holiday I would definitely recommend The Ramada to anyone 😎👍 Judith Martin from Wales UK

Room is large and comfortable with balcony and sun bed,my room is Oasis deluxe style. Located on a quiet beach. Cocktail is fantastic,one of the best Mojito I ever had with good price during happy hour time. If you r looking for a real quiet hotel to chill this is the place! Breakfast has all what ppl need, Staffs r super friendly.

Went there for a 8 night stay with my partner and found preferential treatment by the so called GM of this resort Christoph who was obviously racist as he greeted all the European guests and ignored us whom were from the Philippines for the entire stay where we could have given him some constructive feedback. We also saw that he never spoke to other Asian guests either at breakfast. It's rather ironic that a racist manager would find a job in Asia but he probably had limited options given his lack of integrity.
