- Breakfast in the RBG Restaurant (6.30am to 11am)
- Lunch (12.30pm to 3.30pm) and dinner (6pm to 10pm) in the RBG Restaurant daily or at La Med a la carte restaurant with prior reservations
- Snacks served at the Shelf Pool Bar and on the beach (11am until 7pm)
All-You-Can-Drink package available at RBG, La Med, Shelf Pool Bar and the beach (11am to 11pm). Beverages offered include:

Everything about this hotel is poor. It's old and the management is negligent when a facility like that needs a lot of care.
1) Hotel atmosphere: it smells either bad or weird almost everywhere.
2) Room: we got a 1BR suit. It doesn't really feel like a suit but I guess other rooms are even tinier. We were greeted by 2 bottles of Coca-Cola (what? I never drink this low-quality drink and don't understand why a hotel would consider this a premium experience) in the champagne bucket where all ice was melted and the bottles were just soaking in water.
3) Towels: thin, off-white (washed a million times) and not pleasant to touch.
4) Room noises were everywhere! The AC is so loud it's irritating. You can also hear the water flowing from other guests' toilets. Not to mention that very average music is pounding in your window until midnight.
5) Pools were a joke. It's not pleasant to be there, smells bad. The sunbeds are old and plastic.
6) The view is not picturesque. The hotel is surrounded by construction + it's overlooking the other hotels on the other side of the bay. They light up nicely in the evening though.
Overall, I will avoid this hotel in the future. I would give it 2-3 stars, not 4

I would just like to thank the hotel staff for returning my lost item which was very dear to me and they helped alot. The resort is cozy and simple with great views and not jarring at all. The pools were clean and the buffet was just amazing with so much variety and delicious taste. The hotel probably is not considered luxurious but the rooms were spacious, house keeping was on time. I cannot rate anything negatively and hope to visit again soon.

Location is very good, rooms are small size compared to this type of resorts. Swimming pool time is very limited. You are not getting enough time to enjoy. Checking timing is one really a not expected @ such property. Tourists coming after long journey and waiting time for check in procedures is one hour. It is noticed that for each case they are taking more than 20 minutes. In addition to that only two checking counters. This be really harassment type. In first moments all enthusiastic going to zero. Please look into this.

For someone who travels regularly and been in many places I have felt this one is not good enough, for others might be fine.
Check-in was slow and even I had a written approval of the room type and view, they made it sound like impossible to get me the room and after 20 minutes they managed to. However it was on first floor and a lot of noise, and oh dear!!! At night it’s impossible to sleep with all the noise from the bar/club downstairs. I’ve complained and they only lowered the noise after 1am ! And never managed to respect my request to change the room, during the 2 nights stay ! The bathroom is just ok, no bathtub and not spotless. Broken stuff such as the toilet paper holder can go off of the wall easily and the shower water can be very tricky, sometimes gets warm sometimes cold. It’s not stable !
No security in the elevators, anyone can go anywhere.
Breakfast was good but too busy and annoying. I loved sitting outdoors, nice breeze and I liked that there were 3 different pools + the beach. One dedicated for children.
So if you are a family it might be a good choice specially I noticed some people brought extra mattresses to accommodate children or adding extra bed.
Staff in general are friendly but that’s standard in the country.
PS : balcony chairs are the worst and not comfortable!

Great appreciation for housekeeping specially ARIF who is very responsive and super cleaning our room for two nights.
Swimming pool weren’t clean the last time i spent there.
