Good set of pools. Hospitality and service was good but took some time to get checked in. Rooms and washroom didn't have hooks or bars to hang/dry wet clothes. The beach is clean but very rocky. Game room was just for show, nothing was in good/working order. Dinner and breakfast buffets were good and had sufficient variety of dishes. Water activities available including snorkeling, jet ski, boat rides, etc. Night ambience was inadequate, beach and walk ways were dark.

Tuba Kaya
A perfect place for a quick staycation with family. The hotel is primarily used for all inclusive guests and operates with that concept. For example with a towel card and mass buffets. Not a luxury stay but a great price value. The location is beautiful and the beach is amazing. The hotel itself a bit older but clean. We tried the breakfast and liked it. Fresh fruits and many other choices. The service is very friendly and the manager is there if you need him. Thanks for a nice 1 night stay.

Lovely location overlooking the sea, beautifully maintained beach, the property is huge and from every part of it you will have a view of the sea. Had a great experience in and around the hotel. Actually I was celebrating my birthday here and the hotel generously upgraded me to a one bedroom suite. The only negative I can speak about the hotel is that I could see a lot of wear and tear in the property, be it the rusty fencing guarding the balcony, squeaky/noisy cupboards, uncleaned windows of the living room ( one bedroom suite), the over all furniture in the rooms looks old, I think the hotel management should understand paying attention to these will further enhance the guest experience and I strongly believe they really need to work on this.

My family and I had a fantastic time. Service from the reception upon checking in was exceptional by Jeff. He really knows customer service and made our check in smooth and easy and efficient. Really blown away. The staff in the dining areas were very good supportive and attentive. Special mention to Jane and Ahad who attended to my kids requests very well and happily. Highly recommend the hotel. You will enjoy as did we.

The hotel isn’t new but well kept. The room is quite big with a fridge, bathtub, shower and awesome see view. High quality everyday cleaning and room service. Not enough animation. Also, the food could be better. Very kind and polite stuff. Especially Mr. Kennedy. Greetings Mr. President!
