Just checked in about 10 minutes ago! There are 3 persons at reception, but only one is working! The other 2 ladies are just keeping themselves busy with something on the desk! No one is acknowledging the visitors! Strange start... However, I will update my Google reviews in the next few days. We've completed our stay at Hotel Qawra; however, we still have a negative opinion about the reception. It's a typical situation: one person working while too many visitors are waiting in front of the desk, and the other reception worker seems too busy elsewhere. Sometimes, hotel managers need to train reception staff on how to work and welcome visitors. In any case, the hotel itself is in a good location with an acceptable breakfast, and it's clean and quiet. Big respect to the cleaning staff. The room quality is okay for this type of mass tourist business.

We had a lovely time in the hotel. We enjoyed the delicious food, unlimited drinks, indoor pool, live entertainment, kids animation and glorious sea view. Staff were nice and lovely except for the female supervisor in the asian restaurant and female supervisor in the pool bar- a bit disappointing that they don’t seem accommodating and approachable. We appreciate the kindness and warmth of the rest of the staff.

I had a great experience with this hotel. The food they offer is exceptionally good and affordable. There are snacks in between the meals just for a small price, which is manageable and affordable. Their rooms are spacious as well as luxurious with big bathrooms and great sea views. In the daytime, it's alright, but at night time, it becomes more beautiful with a full moon view from your balcony 😍 The staff is very cooperative and kind they listen to customers and solve their issues within seconds. Their service is so good that I recommend everyone to go to this hotel. They also have 2 swimming pools, one on the top floor and one inside the basement. They also have a bar, which is very nice and affordable for a little price. You can have unlimited drinks all day long.

Pros: I got one of the luxury sea view rooms with extra large sea facing terrace. The view of infinity ocean from the room was simply too good. The added bonus was when we could see the sunrise right from our bed!! The staff are very friendly and always try to help you. We got a hair dryer and extra tea bags delivered straight away. The food is really really good in the main restaurant where they serve all the main meals. There's a large and very good selection of almost everything. All items are hot, freshly made with a lot of care that can be seen and tasted. The serving staff and always smiling and constantly cleaning the tables and area. There's an inclusive spa area that has a small swimming pool, sauna and steam. Cons: Although we had all inclusive, the reception wouldn't allow to have lunch on the departure day, although we couldn't have lunch on the day we checked in, as check in is from 3pm when the lunch is over. So you basically miss one meal. The internet is slow, so most of the apps on the smart TV doesn't work or buffer a lot. The included alcoholic drinks are really local basic ones, and most cocktails are just mixed unshaken coloured liquids with little or no taste.

Good hotel, seemed clean and tidy. The food was ok (standard all inclusive food) however the rooms had balcony’s all facing in a court yard and felt very much like your on a council estate tower block or a prison cell. Roof top pool was closed and a lot of building works going on. This was not told when booked
