I can't fault this hotel and would 100% recommend. Value for money is really excellent. The rooms were spacious enough for a short trip; light and clean. Breakfast was not a huge selection but varied enough and delicious. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and spa's. The staff were so helpful helping us plan our trip, and always welcoming. This is definitely the best mid-budget hotel in Surin.

What fantastic service they provide at this hotel!! Not only is the property and location beautiful, but you are welcomed with next level hospitality. We had a late arrival, and B greeted us with cold towels and refreshing drink. She was so kind! And then I realized that is the whole staff as well :)

My friend and I fully enjoyed our stay. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is extremely well maintained. It looked new.
The breakfast was delicious and had enough variety with small changes to sweet treats and Asian dishes each day. I liked that some dishes were made fresh and serviced to you as well as the coffee. I loved they had that they offered milk alternatives and decaf coffee! I would describe breakfast as relaxed, which is what I personally enjoy.

We traveled to Phuket and stayed at the Outrigger Surin Beach Resort for 3 days. We received a very warm welcome from all the staff and security guards, especially from Khun Guide, the Guest Relations Manager. Khun Guide recognized us as Titanium members of GHA and provided us with a 3-level room upgrade (as the 2-level upgrade was fully booked), early check-in and late check-out, as well as complimentary fruit, dessert, and drinks.
Khun Guide advised us on local restaurants, and we tried a few. Nam Yoy restaurant stood out for its exceptional taste at a reasonable price. Additionally, Laem Sai Seafood offered delicious dishes at an affordable rate; it was evident from the number of locals dining there during our lunch visit.
We had a wonderful time during our stay. Luckily, there was a local event happening in front of the hotel: the "Halal Food Festival." It featured various local foods such as Roti with Curry, Longan Juice, Mango with Sticky Rice, Southern style of Pad Thai , and Durian. None of these dishes were expensive, and we thoroughly enjoyed trying them all.

We have spent five days with a 1-yr-old baby and the experience overall has been quite good. Very friendly staff and very good restaurant. The room has stairs which makes the baby crawling harder but the pools are nice too. Unfortunately they do not have the baby pool like the neighbor Holiday Inn. I do recommend anyone who likes Surin Beach could stay here.
