Motswari was incredible! Our guide Owen, and tracker Elly, were the best. We were so bummed to have missed our connecting flight and therefore missed 1 out of our 3 nights here- however we were able to see the big 5 in just our first 2 game drives! On top of helping us see the best of the bush, they made us feel safe. The game drives were so amazing, as was our time back at the lodge. All of the food was delicious, and the presentation of meals was such a great experience. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and safe. Would recommend to couples and families alike!

This review is very late - stayed in August 2022. But words cannot describe the magic of Motswari. The nature and the animals are stunning, and our game rangers made sure that we saw the Big 5 within two drives. The rooms are spacious and the decorations are the perfect blend of authenticity and luxury. But most importantly, the staff were phenomenal. They made an active effort to learn all of our names, the chefs even remembered what food we had complimented and made it again for us. They also organised for all of our dinners to have different settings which really added to the magic of our 4 days here. Thank you Motswari!

Cannot say enough about how much I loved this place. The atmosphere is superb. You are so close to Kruger that animals venture in so freely. We saw big 5 relatively easy. Our guide Eden and seeker Lot were the best! They made it look effortless. They were entertaining and informative and accommodating. They really know what they are doing and work well together and you always feel safe. I will come back and request them. The lodging is gorgeous and clean and the service and staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The food was always delicious. And they always tried to change up each day to make it truly special. I highly recommend!

The place was truly amazing - the room was comfortable with multiple services during the day, the food was top restaurant quality with plenty of choices for meat/fish and offering vegan options and the atmosphere/location was incredible! No fences to the park, kuru was visiting the lodge regularly with sightings of elephant, giraffe, hyaena and warthog in the field in front of the pool! The game drives were the highlights with our amazing guide Erick who shared tons of interesting information not just about wildlife, but also about history, culture and his own interests - really made me feel like I said goodbye to a friend when I left! The motto: arrive as a guest and leave as a friend is very true! Cannot recommend this experience enough! By the way we also saw the big 5:)
