The team are really friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble, our room is immaculate and spacious we are really enjoying our stay here! The view over the marina is beautiful and we caught a stunning sunset on our first night, breakfast has a huge range of choices, there is always somewhere to sit, it's not too busy! we ate at the restaurant which was delicious, the presentation of the dishes was a feast for the eyes! I would recommend this to anyone visiting this side of the island! Our room is a 2 bed with kitchen, lounge balcony and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen facilities include twin hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and lots of equipment if you wanted to cook, there is a dining table and chairs on the balcony. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of hangers for clothing, complimentary robes, slippers and sunhats for tour stay alongside pool towels. The bathrooms have a bath and shower with hand soap, body cream, shower gel and a hairdryer.

Great hotel. Rooms spacious clean and bright. Some lovely touches like little chocolate eggs left in room at Easter. Will definitely return! Great location quiet but still close to lots of bars and restaurants as well as local ferry.

We have spent the weekend at this hotel and in my view, they have done an amazing job with building and maintaining this hotel. The service was good too. We haven’t had dinner but based on the quality of their breakfast, I imagine all their food will be great. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel and location we were upgraded to a Premier room and Cava on arrival. Direct on the Marina with sea views too fabulous sunset from the balcony!!! We had breakfast a great range of food for everyones taste. Staff very friendly and customer focused plus entertainment at poolside and in the evening. Beautiful infinity pool plenty of sunbeds and can sometimes order drinks from your bed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel 100% can't wait to go back ♥️♥️

Our first stay at this hotel, and what a little gem. Had a standard suite overlooking the harbour. Great size lounge and kitchenette. Great size bathroom and bedroom. All spotless and cleaned every day of your stay. Lots of little extras are provided to surprise you (I won't spoil the surprise). Service is excellent everywhere in the hotel. Staff training must be very thorough. Nothing is too much trouble seems to be the ethos and everyone of the staff greet you with a Hola and a smile. Great location with all options available. Quiet dinner and drinks or lively bars within a 5 minute walk. A little longer walk or €5 Euro taxi will give you a hundred dinner and bar options. From stylish romantic to the very raucous if that's your thing. For travellers with children there is even a Mc Donalds less than 2 kilometres away, arrrrrgh, but kids love it. Ferry 3 mins from the door takes you to 3 different ports and beaches. Puerto de Mogan should not be missed. A return visit is a definite plan for us. We'll done everyone. It is rare to see this kind of business done so well at a reasonable price point/budget. Your competitors need to come and see how it is done !!!
