We stay here and we love it. One disappointment was that my sister came to say hi and planed to grab a breakfast with us but only allowed to see her in the lobby. We love the room and super breakfast. Lovely helpfull staff one recommended Steakhouse EAT bar grill we went back 5 times ( Bolt taxi 3-5 min ). Best holiday for long time wonderful stay and best steakhouse experience thanks to all staff on both this place you make you make our anniversary special.. See you again for sure..

The resort itself is stunning, it is on a hill so there will be a lot of walking up and down hills and steps. We enjoyed the movement and exercise (and for the views itself it’s worth it) for those that don’t want to walk there are constant on site buggies on offer. The pools aren’t big, but pretty, so it’s worth getting up early to get pool beds. The breakfast buffet is the busiest of the day, the food on offer is exceptional. Outside of this I would say on site food is average to good, but we intentionally chose not to eat lunches and dinners on site wanting to take benefit of local small restaurants and food markets. There are plenty to choose from, so cheap and so so tasty. Beach wise the resort run 4 shuttles daily so again easy to access. Room wise, we had the sea pearl and it was worth every penny. Stunning room, huge bathroom and access to a private small pool area connecting onto a pool bar. The room air con and fan is very strong so it’s easy to keep cool but the bathroom doesn’t have this so it can get warm. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, warm and kind.

Place is great. Staff are friendly and very helpful food is lovely and reasonably priced pools are spotless. Only drawback is that it is built on a hill and some of the roads around the resort are very steep however they do have little vans that will bring you anywhere. We will definitely come back here

Myself and my wife have just departed after staying over for a few days.
As with all our accommodations in Thailand, this was clean and the staff were lovely. We never ate in either of the restaurants, opting to head to the markets for some local food.
We did participate in breakfast which had a generous selection from cereals, fruits and cooked stations serving local cuisine and traditional offerings.
There is a complimentary shuttle bus down to Karon Beach and back several times a day if you want to avoid the steep climb back to your accommodation.
We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony, allowing the morning to be spent by the pool and the afternoon on the balcony which got the sun.
A pleasant stay and well worth it if you want to achieve your steps and stair target!

The hotel is over decent. The location is convenient to get to Karon Beach. The staff is overall not super friendly or helpful. The reception staff has an unpleasant attitude which was not our experience throughout Thailand overall so it really caught us off guard. The rooms are spacious but did not offer a lot of natural light and were a bit muggy. The fact that it’s located in a hill side is cool but it makes it difficult to get around, especially if your room is higher up because you either have to walk up and down a super steep hill or stairs or you have to wait on them to bring a rickety golf cart thing up to where your room is to pick you up just to go to the lobby. Overall, it’s a decent hotel, especially for the pricing of the rooms, but I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
